Excellent e bike. However, the brakes are weak. Very squeaky and wear out quick. I've talked to other people with the same bike and they have the same concerns..Otherwise, a great bike.

Very happy with my purchase! Assembly was easy, and I initially wondered why it wasn't reaching 28mph. But I figured it out - I needed to unlock it through the app. And yes, it does go up to 28mph with just the throttle! No complaints here!

Bike is cool. Idk why tho the breaks feel kinda cheap. When going 35 mph, the bike feels like it’s going to fall apart.. kinda sketchy. Hasn’t broken or fallen apart on me tho so yay

I say this bike is pretty good the only thing that I don't like is that when you have pettal assist on it take like 2 seconds to kick on iv all most crashed because of it but the bike is excellent for big guy like me 290 can still hit it's max mph of 27 so lovely would re

This was a great buy. I do have some malfunctions that need to be checked out but overall it works great. I get great speed even in residential areas. I can’t wait to take it out on a trail and really test it out.

I very much enjoy riding my Heybike-Mars 2.0 too & back from work(22 miles) which, I purchased at Best Buy. this bike has been great, I have not yet had the chance to completely empty the battery life which this good sign in my eye's.

Bike is great! Arrived with some serious blemishes due to packaging process. Heybike provided compensation rather than replacement parts. Customer service was slow but effective.

I purchased a Heybike Horizon in June of 2024. I am very happy with the bike as I have not experienced any issues. Customer service has been very good in responding and helpful.

I gave this product one star because I bought it two weeks ago and haven't been able to ride it yet because it came with a bad battery. It's been sitting in my garage collecting dust. I have had to go through the manufacturer in order to get a replacement battery and the process has been irritating to say the least. They make you send them video after video of the failing replacement part until they finally give you a return lable and you have to pay the shipping fee which is around $60. I'm not done with the process either because now I have to wait for the manufacturer to send me a new battery and hope that this one works. All communication is through email and they do not respond on weekends. A new battery is not cheap and you can only purchase it through the manufacturer, btw. Luckily I purchased a two year warranty and I'm already using it without even having ridden the bike yet. My first ebike purchase has been a nightmare. Do your research first, don't just buy one like I did and add stress to your life for no reason. I do NOT recommend this brand. Buy American.

I had difficulty getting the battery in. After adjusting the rack back I got it in. Works great, smooth, powerful, fast easy, sturdy. The app wont let me register and I wish the throttle setting was easier to understand. Overall I am happy with my purchase, * hope the app works soon

Best Mars 2.0 E-Bike to ride in town. Getting a lot great complements on the bike. Sweet bike.

The Mars hey bud, 2.0 is a fantastic bike for beginners and intermediate to advance riders. This is my first bike. I definitely still am satisfied 100% with my purchase. The first one I bought from Best Buy was defective upon assembling. I thought it was something I did wrong but I found out the motor is damaged thank God I talked to online support and got them to refund it because they do have a no refund policy, but I got them to help me out and I got a new bike and it all worked out great I would definitely recommend this bike five out of five
