This Heybike Mars. 2.0 is trash. Since i got this bike in August the battery doesn't work and best buy on here selling defective products and you cannot return this bike. Its been a headache going back and forth with heybike to get a new battery. This whole experience and this bike trash. I will never buy anything from bestbuy nor heybike. I bought the mars. 1.0 no problems. I spent 1,000 on a piece a trash smh bestbuy most definitely got me. You buy this bike no matter whats wrong with it bestbuy won't help. Its like they're selling the last of the lot which it defective bikes. Shame on you bestbuy for selling this bike and you wont make it right nuts.

Very happy with my purchase! Assembly was easy, and I initially wondered why it wasn't reaching 28mph. But I figured it out - I needed to unlock it through the app. And yes, it does go up to 28mph with just the throttle! No complaints here!

Bike is great! Arrived with some serious blemishes due to packaging process. Heybike provided compensation rather than replacement parts. Customer service was slow but effective.

I purchased a Heybike Horizon in June of 2024. I am very happy with the bike as I have not experienced any issues. Customer service has been very good in responding and helpful.

I like the bike and I figured out how to put it together. However, the battery has a faulty connection in the switch and I have not been able to use the bike as I have been exchanging emails and videos they ask me to take of what I am doing, I have asked for a new battery, but am waiting for their response to the last video I sent showing how the battery connects very sporadically.

Doesn’t go 28mph app is useless and the keys are only for locking the battery in place. the indicator on the battery isn’t the same as indicator on the screen. It’s up to you to determine which one you’ll go by. Bike was slightly damaged when I received it back brake may need adjusting
