i am not very computer literate so i wanted something easy to use . this was recommended to me and i am very happy with it. nice size screen. easy to use, would have preferred touch screen but didnt think about at time of purchase. also got 18 months same as cash which was nice

I like this laptop and the large size screen. It has all the features that I need. The only downside is the fan is noisy, the keyboard has no backlight, and the battery needs a recharge fairly often if in use all day. Other than these negatives, I am enjoying this laptop very much!

The computer does not stay connected to the internet. I have had to reboot the computer. The keyboard is a little warped near the mouse trackpad. I like the big screen.

Very happy with the laptop, runs fast and I love the screen size. Would have been a 5 star review if the keyboard would be back lit.

I really like this laptop. I eas disappointed that the keys didn't light up from underneath like my previous model did. On the other hand the keys are a bit larger and the letters are also larger. Of course, that doesn't help in low lighting conditions. I have yet to find if this model is bluetooth equipped.

We love our new HP laptop. The only complaint we have is with the keys. It is hard to read them... so we ordered some keyboard stickers to solve the problem.

Keys are shiny, so impossible to see the letters on the keys in any reasonable light. Continued hardware problems with wifi (it's not being found, drivers have been updated and removed/reinstalled; problem continues in Win 11). Cannot recommend, poor design compounded with unexpectedly low quality for an HP product.

Works great. The only bad thing is there is no lighting behind the keys.

Keys are a bit big beneath my fingertips but otherwise a nice computer; very lightweight.

The silver keyboard is difficult to read in dim lighting.

Lacks a backlight keyboard. The keyboard is hard to read unless you're looking at just the right angle. Also, for the price, it should have been equipped with a touch scree display.

great for a student especially when you have a lot of tabs opened, it's quick and efficient. The only thing that I would add is a backlit keyboard. Otherwise, it's a great laptop

Computer, service, delivery were fine, however, the letters etc on the keys are very hard to see. I don't know how painting light grey letters on a silver key is a good idea. Letters should have contrast so they can be seen in any light. Had to buy a light to clip on computer to shine on keys.
