I specifically asked if the laptop came with a cd drive I told that it did. The unit does not have cd drive;

Then I bought a desktop and a cd drive. Turned out i was an internal cd drive my desktop couldn't use. Went back again and got an external.... with a 2' cable suitable for a laptop. Went back for a 6' cable. Best Buy should compensate me for four unnecessary 150 mile (round trip) via turn pike trips, Chandler to Tulsa. About $120.00. Remember Circuit City... o fcourse you don'... they aren't here anymore.

Also had terrible problem w/ the the whole k/b & surface being the same color, couldn't differentiate between the keys unless I could put a light in one place above the k/b.
