I have to say this was my Best Buy of the year because after I was mislead by poor product descriptions on the app I found this gem in store with an incorrect label for a price lower than the lowest open box and snatched it up.

I love my new computer. It has a great design and I feel like the processor for what I use it for is plenty. I love how I can go from a tablet to a laptop. Still playing around with it but so far no complaints. I actually picked this over a Mac.

i love everything about it. i really enjoy the touch screen feature.. however, the keyboard does not light up. and when physically converting the pc to tablet mode, the keyboard is vulnerable to surface scratches... overall it's perfect for school work, and has loads of memory to store music

At first I thought I thought the laptop was very slow. But once I got everything upgrade out of the box, laptop is great. Great choice for the price.

Great for students! Being able to switch back and forth from laptop for school work to oversized ipad for free time is great.

My wife's old pc was laid to rest after giving her 5 years of hidden object games, email and web browsing and occassional word processing type stuff. She was sad, change is hard for her and she needed a new PC that would surely be different from the old one (An Older HP) I went to Best Buy and found this Laptop that has touch (she didn't have that before) and which had a good processor (faster than her old computer) After getting it home and setup - transfering all her old files - and getting the desktop as close to her old pc as possible - she spent five minutes on the Laptop and came over to me and kissed me long and hard. She was HAPPY! She loves the new PC- it is so smooth she said - and fast! She doesn't have to wait forever to programs to open - she can touch the screen and open programs or move things around. WOW she said. She was Happy. In My world - if my wife is happy - I am ecstatic. This is a great pc. Inexpensive but still plenty of processing power and lots of storage for all those hidden object games she downloads. Great PC for a student too -

Bought this laptop as a daily usage laptop and so far so good. The tablet mode is very realistic and easy to turn on and off. The finish on the computer makes it very attractive and the set up is easy when pulling it straight out the box. If you want a 2-1 laptop i would definitely recommend you give it a try

Very satisfied with this product. Screen is the perfect size without being too overwhelming. No complications so far. The touch-screen is the best part, easy to use and no fear of breaking it. Very sturdy. Also fun for those interested in tablets, this moves any way you want it. Perfect for reading, watching movies/videos, or playing games.

I picked this laptop up for my oldest to use for school and all the upcoming projects and online homework she will need to be doing this year. I also went with this one as well because she is going to be doing some coding/programming in school next year so needed something that could handle some light development.

This has been one of the best gift I have ever bought for myself. It's really neat touchscreen and into a tablet before you know it! I love this thing best for college.

First few days I got a little nervous due to a random reboot and slow time installing updates -- but over the last few weeks, it has worked fine -- plenty of speed, good touch aspects, I've enjoyed it!

When I ordered this laptop it had to be shipped from another store since the store in Manhattan, KS did not have one. When the laptop arrived, it had no ads, nothing to "clean up" and seemed almost as if it had either been a floor model or a not-new model. I find that interesting since I paid for a brand new non-demo item. My HP warranty even runs out 2 months early, building the case for this having been in someone's hands before mine. Not very happy with that aspect at all. The laptop is functional but has a few glitches, but is faster and more capable than model it replaces. I'm pretty sure Best Buy didn't give me what I paid for here, but this is a nice laptop.

Have always bought HP so I was super excited to see they made a 2-in-1. Love the touch screen and tablet capabilities.

I had been in the market for a laptop for about a month and tried shopping online. I couldn't find what I needed in the price range I wanted. Decided to go to an actual electronics store so I could actually touch and see what I was spending my money on. As soon as I reached the laptops, the HP jumped out at me. It's sleek and well put together. The price was a bit higher than I wanted but very affordable for a 2-in-1. When I got home, I was blown away. It's quick, bright, and gives great instruction for every aspect of operating an HP. Memory is great and the keyboard (which includes a 10-key!) Is very functional. If you're looking for an everyday laptop that gets the job done, this is the laptop for you.

Great laptop at this price point and touchscreen! We use this laptop everyday, and it seems to be durable.

This computer is great for college students. I bought one for my daughter and she loves it. She loves the touch screen and the 2-in-1 capabilities. Only thing is she wished it had a cd/dvd drive so she could play movies but she can still use steaming services or buy and external drive if she wants.

I love it because not only can it turn into a tablet, it also looks aesthetically pleasing. I love it inside and out. It's not hard to set up or navigate. It's fast and durable.

My son loves his HP laptop especially since he can do his homework and work the touch screen. Good memory and seems to be fast. Nice size screen and I have heard no complaints.

I am very happy with my new laptop. Only thing missing was a dvd but that was my fault for not making sure it was part of it.
