If you need a dual setup for remote work and play yet don’t care about high refresh rates and IPS glow in dark environments, consider this monitor since its size and extremely thin bezel make it ideal for a side by side setup. No height adjustment so be mindful of ergonomics as tilt is the only function in this department. AMD Freesync is available and no ghosting from what I can tell nor input lag. The only minor complaint is that the monitor had smudges out of the box that required a little TLC with microfiber. Limited inputs but part of the appeal of this monitor is its minimalism. That all being said, this light weight monitor on sale is great value.

It works exactly as described and I have not had any issues with it. Easy to set up as well, I think it took less than 5 minutes from unboxing to in action.

A very nice, crisp monitor with image extending almost to the edges. Simple to set up (and sturdy if you assemble it correctly). For the price and performance/appearance, this monitor is an excellent value. Unfortunately, within two weeks, it lost the backlighting for the right third of the screen. I returned it for another m22f, as it would seem this was a one-off issue based on the other reviews. I had replaced an 8-year-old HP monitor that had served me very well over the years and I trusted HP. Now, based on the quick backlight failure, I am a bit skeptical, but willing to see how the replacement does. I did buy the extended warranty on the replacement, just to be sure I'm covered if another failure occurs out of the manufacturer's warranty. Even with the warranty, it cost significantly less than the comparable 21.5" HP monitor I had originally bought in 2014.

This monitor was a great addition to my home office. It’s lightweight and the sliver tones makes it stylish. It was very easy to setup right out the box.

I'm not a high tech person. This suits my needs. Right size for the space in my work hutch/table, and connects to the computer I recently got that doesn't have a VGA input, thus I had to get a new monitor. No problems. No complaints. Reasonable price.

It’s great!! It was easy to build, it’s easy to use, and the display quality is exactly what I was looking for! I mainly use it for work but I’ve also started to watching my shows with it and it’s perfect! I have a MacBook and both devices work well together, I just had to get a USBC adaptor!

Excellent sized monitor for the cost, clear picture and easy to install. Connects perfectly with a hdmi cable to my laptop and is great for a small desk or large one if using two. Definitely recommend

My old monitor died suddenly and I wanted a replacement ASAP. I took the old one to Best Buy to recycle it, a great service they provide, and went to look for another one. Sales people were hard to find, but I eventually found one and he pointed me to this HP monitor. It does everything I want. It is much brighter and faster than my old one, The screen is larger, but the unit has a smaller footprint than my old one. It also has both VGA and HDMI jacks so I could use my old cable, but I had a spare HDMI cable so I used that. It is much easier on my eyes. Highly recommend it.

Overall, this monitor is great. I bought it for my M1 Mac mini and everything that all the other comments have said is right. Great picture quality. Great size. BUT….if my computer goes to sleep, upon awakening, this monitor always has an issue detecting the HDMI connection and flashes that fuzzy (white noise) picture about ten times, tells me that no HMDI connection can be found a then shuts off. I turn it back and it takes a minute for it to find the connection again. I find this to be sooooo annoying when trying to pick up where I left off if I have to step away from my computer and don’t shut it down every time. I’m still trying to decide if I can live with this long term

Great monitor for the price. The colors are good and bright. I pack it in its box, carry it in my suite case, and use it as a travel monitor for my lap top. Easy set up.

This monitor is the perfect size and resolution for office jobs for the price. My husband ended up buying one for himself.

Nice picture to look at a presentation and reading emails without getting a headache from squinting with blurred colors of my other monitors. Ease to move from home to office.

I use this full time as my sole monitor and have it hooked up to a closed laptop. It really is easier on the eyes and so nice to have the big display. When guests visit and need to do computer work, it's simple to remove the HDMI from my thunderbolt and plug into their laptop so they can use the desk and beautiful display, too . If you're on the fence, I say get it!

Finally replaced old Dell 17" VGA monitor with this HP 21.5" as it needed to fit inside a small cubby of a desk. The older adult is super happy with the upgrade. So much clearer and brighter and the wider format works much better for their needs. Have had good luck with previous HP monitor so expecting the same from this.
