The HP seems to work fine, although I could be helped with a printed "user's guide." The tray holdings and delivery functioned without difficulty. My demands are modest, and the "ENVY" may be a good term for those of us who use it odestly but with

I finally had to replace my old HP printer; kept saying "paper jam" even though there was not one. I did not need a fancy printer; just something for home use. This new printer is actually quite nice; very easy to use, as was my old one. The only function this one does not have is faxing capabilities, which I never used on my old one. It has printed both b/w and color documents for me and both looked very nice. I use the HP instant ink program, so it was very easy to add this new printer and remove the old one from my dashboard. And I also got 3 months of free printing and a set of ink cartridges were sent to me within a few weeks (it does come with the two cartridges with your purchase; HP was on the ball to make sure I had a new set when needed). The printing speed is more than adequate for my needs; I do not print a lot but does a nice job so far. I have not printed a photo on photo paper, but did a color photo on regular paper just to try, and it looked very nice. I also like the compact flat size of this printer; my old one was much larger and bulkier so this fits in fine; I would have preferred black but for the price I can live with a white one! This printer was not in stock at my local Best Buy so I chose next day delivery and that was also great here! Well done to Best Buy for this company they used; I was always informed with updates on where my driver was and delivery was quick; that was nice as well. I definitely can recommend this printer for home use. Thank you.

Basic, no-frills printer which provides efficient printing of documents. The LCD display is smaller than I would have liked, and a smaller screen-size than HP offered years ago across it's products. And yet, it's still passable despite being limited in screen real-estate, thus requiring a bit more scrolling, button-pressing, and typos than I'd like due to it's size.

The HP Envy 6155e is an excellent all-in-one printer for everyday use. Setup was super easy with the HP Smart app, and the wireless connection works flawlessly from my phone, tablet, or laptop. Print quality is sharp for both documents and photos, and it’s surprisingly quiet while printing. The built-in AI features help manage ink and optimize performance automatically, which is a nice touch. The 3 months of Instant Ink are a great bonus—no worrying about running out of cartridges right away. A great choice for home offices or families who print often!

I like the sleek body and the simple touch-screen display. It connected to my wireless network faster than my previous All-in-One Printer. One disappointment was that you could not scan to computer on the touch-screen display, but could through HP Smart app. on computer or phone.
