love it easy to use prints from phone or desktop top

I was a little nervous about losing my speed by downgrading from the deskjet but I love that I still get 2 sided printing and got this printer for under $100.0

Nice compact printer however keypad is very small and difficult to enter email destinations due to small print. Very easy to set up and sync with computer and mobile device

I am very happy with this printer. I get great quality prints every time. Ive used plain printer paper and glossy paper and no issues with the images. I also love that i can scan and efax. The app also offers great features like scan from your phone, print from your phone etc. I do wish it printed a little faster but overall very happy!

Excellent unit Easy to setup good printing quality

The printer is right for my printing needs. The HP app is an easy download to allow for quick printer setup, scanning and printing.

The printer is OK. Prints nice but since it is a less expensive model it has a hard feeding just one sheet at a time. I bought it so I could connect it with a cable but there was a label over the cable port saying only use internet. I had to ask at Best Buy to find out that sticker meant nothing and I should just remove it. This should be thought out better.

The printer works well and once an online technician helped me it worked way faster. The cord that attaches from the outlet to the printer always falls out.

I’ve always had HP printers but the last one I bought was an Epson and only had it a year. I didn’t use it very much but it wouldn’t print so I bought an HP again and it has worked perfectly!

The first thing I didn't like about this printer is that my old HP Envy 5530 printers (2 of them) were much faster that this one, I used to be able to get the Geek Squad to come to the house to do setup's or application issues, now you have to call the number and someone from somewhere takes over your laptop to help. It worked for some applications like word, but didn't on some others. The local store doesn't do anything that involves an app. I've been considering returning the printer.

Love the unit. Easy to operate and only 2 ink cartridges. So affordable too. Thank you Angel for your,assistance.

The printer works great. Downfall with windows 10 won't let HP Support work correctly, which means you can't use the display on the printer. You can, however, use the HP Smart to scan, copy, etc
