    Danny was a great help to us in choosing a printer. He didn’t push real expensive printers w features we didn’t need. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the options and answered all of our questions. We love the printer. It’s very easy to use!

    Like its features for the price - I would loved it even more had it not needed to be reset every once in a while for the wifi detection. but can live with it as (8/10 times it works as expected)

    I initially purchased a Canon printer but couldn’t get the USB cord to fit into its portal. Another sales associate was most helpful in assisting me in purchasing an HP printer, showed me where to plug in the USB cord, and handled the refund of my Canon printer very efficiently.

    Easy set and seems reliable. HP app is really why I continue to use their products, despite the fact HP remotely took my last printer offline in an attempt to force me to pay them $20/month for it - which should be a DoJ/FTC investigation - but Epson's software is from 2005.
