The printer was beyond easy to setup, the HP ink memberships take care of all needs real aged to it, and the quality is great. Would recommend to any small businesses or busy households.

Great printer it prints good quality photos, some papers do take time to be printed

It was an easy install and having fun with its wireless printing feature. Worth every penny. Also got my first printer cartridge by mail which is something new. I will never run out of ink again.

I bought this printer to replace my old HP I had for about 7 years . So far it does just what I need and so easy to setup.

Printer works great so far. It has some issues sometimes connecting wireless but if I restart the printer and/or computer it fixes the issue. Also when I took the printer out of the box, it had a big scratch across the top, cosmetic issue only so it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning.

I absolutely love this printer! I just started school and it’s been a gem this far. I like the optional subscription service and that it detects when you’re low on ink and will ship it out automatically.

It prints well. However, I cannot use the scanner and keep getting message that printer doesn't recognize my laptop which is HP. The front screen is of no use to me and prevents me from scanning photos for a ShutterFly book. I am very disappointed.

Prints well but kind of has a mind of its own. Quality is decent.

Good for low-quality printing. Photo-paper printing is quite poor - lots of vertical lines and imbalanced color.

We have yet to PRINT an legible document with the NEW ink that comes with the printer. I did every diagnostic available to align, clean, repeat!!!!! The ink appears to be trash. I spoke with chat w/hp and he suggested I buy new cartridges. Wow! Then what was the point of including ink with the printer if we can't use it. This is a money grab. I will either purchase more ink or return to BEST BUY!

The inspire 7255e printer working great with my Wi-Fi. My phone links my iPad and also my wife iPad. All link up Easy .

The printer is good, except for an un-inked line that runs down every single page. Without the Best Buy added warranty, they will not give me a loaner while this one is sent off for repair. So I guess all my printed pages will have a line in them.

Love my new printer! Has all the features I need and want and looks good too, especially for the price. And the control panel is pretty cool too.

It appears cheaply made and I hate I can only scan 1 document at a time but I didn’t think about checking that when I bought it. It will work for now but I’ll probably get a different printer within the next few months

Decent printer for the price. It can be a bit slow but overall a good buy.

Purchased envy inspire 7100 first. Could not figure out how to print 8x10 photos, there was no option to do so, every other size available though. Support says it's not meant for 8x10 even though it states in the specs that it does Replaced with this one. Could not get it to finalize setup 3 different times, 3 exchanges. Yes 3 exchanges. HP Support could not find a solution. Over 2 hours one day, nothing. One of the support people started making up problems, like the printer is not ment to be set up for instant ink. Wrong Kept saying it was my browser, my connection, just different stuff. Just trying to find excuses Tried every trick they recommended. Nothing Will be returning to replace with a different model, will have to pay a bit more but jeezus, 3 different times same problem. Unbelievable
