I purchased this printer for business purposes only about a month ago, and the only problem I’ve had thus far is the fact it hasn’t been used for the business! Since the very first day of me bringing it home, getting it all set up and working properly, the children has printed all kinds of stuff, from pictures to coloring pages and study worksheets to song lyrics lol…so, I would like to say “to the wonderful and generous associate” who helped me to decide that this one was the best one for my needs, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Sometimes the smallest gestures have the largest impact! Keep up the good work!

Simple ink installation, high quality double sided printouts. Using the adjustable photo paper tray allowed me to print different size photos, even cool square stock paper. HP hakes connecting to my home network a breeze. Seems its easier for me to use the manual connector than the automatic oe from the app. But either way, it worked. One all black ink cartridge and one of the color. I normally end up replacing all color cartridges withing a week or two so this is fine with me. XL (extra large) version of the #64 cartridge's are available as is HP's instant ink option. This is great as you will never run dry of ink. The send it to you automatically. I really think HP's sustainability moto is great. The printer i make from almost all recycled materials. Great for the planet and our future.

It’s so nice love my new printer , It HP-Envy inspire 7255e Wireless AiO inkjet photo printer w/3 M0 of instant ink. i love printing recipes ,family notes and lots of other thing plus the best ever is free ink I really love that easy to put the cartilages in as well. ‘My Best Buy ppl did excellent job of helping me choose a printer that fitted my needs and they was so promo coming to set it up for me. The best place to shop for nearly all you need.

Best printer ever! It's fast, good quality and has great print quality. I tested the photo print & was very pleased with the photo quality too. I love the wireless feature allowing me to print from my laptop or my phone. This is so handy & saves so much time too! Highly recommend this printer!

The printer installation and HP SMART was as easy to use as the vendor claimed. True ease of use. The printing is relatively fast and quiet. I do feel that the free 3 months of ink should have a better explanation of who to receive the ink.

Printer works fine. However, the wrong ink cartridges were included in the box with the printer. It should have had one black cartridge and one color cartridge, but the enclosed in the box were TWO color cartridge which DIDNT FIT--they were the WRONG cartridges for this printer. Luckily, I had purchased an "extra" black cartridge so I am able to print in black only.

I love this HP Envy printer - it's clean-lined and efficient. Blends well at the end of my den and doesn't scream "office!" I also appreciate the Instant Ink program with automatic shipping - this has saved me so much time. A great pair!!

This printer is efficient and produces clear clean copies. It is so easy to connect to internet and computer. My favorite attribute is it is very quiet. My last HP printer lasted over 10 yrs! I’m sure this one will also. Best Buy staff are also so friendly and helpful.

Just got the printer today and overall it does a good job at printing so far. However, the setup process was a tad bit difficult on the app. I had to connect my printer to my mobile device through the app which was slow and took about 10 minutes. Once I connected my mobile device with the printer I had to do the alignment process. So I put in the ink cartridges and a piece of paper and it went smooth. Then, I tried to print a reading for school which took a while because at first It had trouble "contacting the printer" when it was just connected to it a second ago. Then I tried printing something else but it kept saying to "load paper" on the app, which it was loaded. I took out the papers and made sure nothing was blocking the paper tray. Finally after 5 minutes of taking the same papers in and out the paper tray, it worked. Also it keeps telling me to do the alignment which I already did at the very beginning. Although these are small issues, it definitely makes printing something much more difficult than needed to be. I really am trying to like this printer because the printer itself looks very nice and the actual end result of it printing is nice as well but if these issues continue then I'll most likely be returning. (I have included images of the issues I was having and the printing end result)

This printer is very straightforward to use and set up. However, you MUST download the app to get it set up. No problems printing anything, double sided printing is a little slow since it waits a few seconds for the ink to dry.

I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER TO REPLACE MY OLD HP AND BOY WAS I SURPRISED. IT WORKED PERFECTLY OUT OF THE BOX. EASY TO SET UP AND WIRELESS TO BOOT. PICTURES COME OUT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL DID THEM AND OF COURSE THE PRINT QUALITY IS PERFECT

Excellent printer for a computer or multiple (6) computers in my home. It was easy to set up and to connect to. We've printed a large quantity of copies and the ink is still brilliant. The print quality is surprisingly great! The printing is fairly quiet. It stays on and it auto-connects to the internet after a power outage.
