Printer was easy to set up, easy to use. Color printing is much better than described in reviews. Scanning works well. I have it hooked up to both my computer and my husband's. Small installation issues-likely mine.

It is a very good printer of high quality and high speed. Also it is very easy to handle and operate. I almost use it every day with out any issues. It is popular brand and model also.

This is a really good multi function color laser printer. I bough this one to replace my old HP b/w MFP laser printer and It makes it so easy to print from wifi. This printer support other ways to print via airplay, and email besides wifi. Now if you looking for photo quality print this is not it. It is regular printing like website pages, color or b/w documents. This does the job on top of copy and scanning.

This printer is great. Have been using it as my personal printer at work for awhile now. It’s easy to use, colored prints are a good quality and they print fast. The only bad thing is I can’t get the line to stop when using the auto feeder. I’ve tried everything I could find on the web but nothing has work. If I have anything I need to use the auto feeder, I use the other copier in our office.

This is a great printer. Very sleek and just the right size. The print is fast and the copies are very crisp. Very easy to replace the toner cartridges. Excellent printer for home use.

A perfect replacement for my old HP all in one printer, the suze is perfect, alittle heavy to move around but doable, prints perfect, scans and double sided printing..its perfect

Great color laser printer for our home! We’ve been talking about one for a while and after another inkjet printer issue with ink drying up and ruining printer we decided laser all in one is best! Spent few more dollars and got an excellent machine here! Does it all and super easy to use!

Easy set up . we have had it for 3 months and is very reliable and great quality prints

I use this with my Apple Mac Book Air Laptop in my home office. With a WIFI connection, the HP M28fdw printer automatically shows up on the list of available printers and beautifully prints any image or document sent its way. HP has been making laser printers longer than anyone, and based upon my actual use of the Laser Jet Pro M283fdw printer, they still lead the pack.

Bought this for someone at work who needed an all-in-one at their house. Setup was easy, and using the HP App to scan documents to e-mail is quite slick. User in question is quite technology challenged and even they liked the scanning to their company phone, then attach it directly to an e-mail. In their words "That's easy enough for someone as technology inept as me to use". Would buy again for other "technology challenged" folks.

Great unit, tremendous value, very user friendly and easy to install and set up. I really have enjoyed the performance and quality of the prints.

Pros: good color, speed, options for install and functionality. For a big(ish) machine it gives off little to no heat while powered on continuously. Great overall print quality for text & documents. Cons: quite noisy when actually printing, HP Smart hub is not as user friendly as I think it should be, input screen is very small so some setup is hard (tiny keyboard buttons), not real good for printing photos. Overall a good machine with lots of functionality, and after many years of frustration of ink-jets drying up too quickly (living in AZ desert) this lasts longer than what I've had in the past. I had this same line (one model lower) previously though, and it stopped working properly in under two years ...so this is technically a replacement that I'm hoping outlives its' 2 year Geek Squad protection (however that was not due to drying out). One difference I've found is that I can't seem to locate how to assign an email address to this new one which was a nice function I like on the previous model (278-281). If it is still there I haven't found it yet in the HP Smart hub. The toner seems to last long enough for what we need. And while it takes up more real estate than I'd like...it isn't TOO big and clunky considering it prints, copies and scans at a level that a small business would be happy with and I'm using it in my home. In this day and age of so much being paperless and digital, actual printers may be in the twilight of their usefulness, but it is still a need when you have kids in school and especially now while working from home so much. But given the point about printers and their current place in the world, I think that this product may have been a bit overpriced too. Overall I'm happy with it...as long as it outlasts my warranty this time.

This new laser printer is great - quicker, color is very bright and sharper, and the wireless works on all devices throughout the house. Highly Recommend this HP LaserJet Pro M283fdw

I have always shied away from laser printer due to the cost but I couldn't pass up a laserjet color print multi function machine for $369. This thing is amazing!!! Easy setup, wireless printing, hp email printing and COLOR for an incredible price. It's quiet, fast and print quality is great.understanding it's not a photo printer, the quality of photos on normal paper was above average. I couldn't be more pleased

Picked up this printer yesterday and it prints great but I have run into a couple of small problems which I should be able to figure out. it works flawlessly on Wireless printing but when I try to connect it to my network it doesn't see the printer that is already connected.

Great quality printing. Fast, versatile, multipage document scanning, copy capabilities. Toner relatively long-lasting. Easy to use. My only problem was the initial set-up and getting it connected to my wireless network, but it will work with a USB or Ethernet connection. This printer can also fax if connected to a telephone line.

Great speed. Somewhat louder than my previous HP laser jet is the only minus. Ink cartridges seem cheaper. Double sided printing is great and easy to set up. Best Buy Geek Squad helped with “not clear” HP instructions on Christmas Day in the Philippines, Christmas Eve day in the U.S. I’ve had Laserjet printers since the 90’s— each lasted about ten years, this is the best one yet!

I bought this for my brother who is a director for a facility. He loves how fast everything prints and the clarity of the documents in black and white or color. He also loves the functionality and ease of use when performing scans to send to his employees. He said that setup of the hardware was also very easy to do and the only thing difficult about it was lifting the unit from the floor to his desk lol.
