    The computer is fine. The Geek Squad service in person and online was horrible. Agent at store for pickup was horrible. Couldn’t get email to work. No help! Left me sitting and didn’t return. Online also terrible. Person couldn’t speak English. Had to go to third party to get email mapped. Geek Squad should be ashamed. Why do I pay an annual fee for support?!

    PC seems great but poses the same problem usually encountered when purchasing a newer or latest version of something already owned. I was quite happy with with my (worn out) version and it was time for a new one. I didn’t expect the learning curve I’ve encountered to be so steep. The changes are often subtle. I’m sure in time (my time!) it will prove to be an excellent performer. Patience. Don’t take matters for granted.

    Great, I can do much more with the extra memory. The larger screen has made it easier to read without using my reading glasses. I'm not a great master at using all the programs but I try. I'm just glad I decided on this model.

    I’ve only had my HP OmniBook X CoPilot+ PC 17.3” for a couple of weeks, and so far, I really love it. The design is sleek, the touch screen is clear and responsive, and it feels like a well-built machine. I haven’t done any heavy work on it yet — just basic web browsing — so I haven’t opened any programs, played games, or downloaded any pictures.     OmniBook X 17.3 - Its lightning fast compared to my 13 year old computer. Adjusting to windows 11 from windows 10. Like that after a shutdown when the lid is opened it automatically turns on. So far so good. I have had it about 2 weeks.
