Nothing it’s a great unit. We will save it for buying Ink every other week they say I should get about 5000 pages.

No complaints the printer gets the job done. The app is great.

Good printer, works fairly well but does take a long time to print color copies.

Printer has been amazing. It took me about an hour to set up. I figured out it was so much easier to set it up on your phone first then transfer it to the computer!

The printer works fine. I wish I would have bought one with a top feeder tray but it served it's purpose.

I not sure it’s true that the ink will last for 2 yrs so I’m not going to say I’m happy yet. I have no guarantee that what the product claims is true. I would like to know if it doesn’t last for 2 years where do l purchase the ink?

I love the sleek design. Really really love that I will not have to change any ink cartridges.

Quite possibly one of the most memorable printer purchases I've ever made—unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. The printer gave up after just two months. I reached out to Best Buy and the Geek Squad, only to find myself caught in a cycle of calls, upsells (including a membership that cost more than the printer itself), and ultimately, no resolution. I was even told I could take it to any store for a replacement—spoiler alert: that didn’t go as promised either. At this point, it's not hard to see why Best Buy is finding it tough to stay competitive in today’s market.

This is a replacement for an older printer. The only drawback is a lack of how exactly to use. example would be what steps to take to print or scan.

It's a nice quality printer. We did have difficulty setting this up, but admittedly, I am not computer savvy. I am satisfied with my purchase
