Easy to use and seems to work well. Am looking forward to saving money on ink. I also like that it is much smaller than my last printer and thus takes up less space.

This is a good printer especially if you like to just print documents and pictures. The ink fill process is great and greatly reduces the cost of operation. The scanning operation and requirement of using the HP Smart app is also a rather big disappointment. Very limited operation while at the printer. Double sided prints are also problematic when generated from Scans.

Overall a great printer. I love that it comes with "2-years" of ink out of the box, and replacement ink is super cheap compared to cartridge based printers. The initial purchase price is higher, but the amount you will save with the ink bottles compared to cartridges will more than pay for itself. I purchased 2 units for my business and was so impressed, I recently replaced my home printer with this same unit. The only downside is the HP Smart App that is recommended by HP for initial configuration. For some reason HP only allows the app to be downloaded through the Microsoft Store but my office computers are locked down so the Microsoft Store is not an option. I managed to download the app on my personal laptop and with some computer skills managed to transfer it to a flash drive and install on said officer computers. I must say, alternative manual method for initial configuration is time intensive so I highly recommend the streamlined HP Smart App if possible. Said restrictions on the app and the laborious manual method are the only reason i deducted 1 star overall and 2 stars on the "ease of use" rating.

I like how easy this was to set up. The ink went easily into the tanks from the bottle. Easy to connect to the internet/wifi. The print quality is great.

Awesome printer! Ink lasts for a very long time. Printing quality is excellent. No more cartridge replacing every few months! Saving lots of money on ink. Easy setup. Just wish I had switched earlier.

I purchased this printer especially for the refillable tank ink system. My previous printer I was using instant ink but received a cartridge that couldn’t be read by instant ink and wouldn’t print. So far I’m happy with this printer but sometimes since it’s hooked to WiFi only documents don’t print and I don’t see an error message . Print quality is good for my home printing purposes.

Only used a few times, but it was easy to set up, app is good, and I’m impressed w the photo paper print quality. Good size, not too slow, no complaints.

Printer works great. I like the tanks of ink as you can see how much is left. The set up did not go as planned, directions were good but had to keep repeating steps to finally get it hooked up to the system.

This is one of the best printers that I've had. I print a lot of cookbooks and stuff for my Sunday School class. The ink lasts a long time and the print quality is good.

Nice small printer with toner refill bottles. Easy set up and copies are very clear and colorful. I would highly recommend this printer who wants a nice home printer with out a lot of bells and whistles but has the necissities you would want from a printer.

Printer worked Great with great copy presentation as needed for approx 4 months and then the WIFI started to drop out almost daily requiring a reboot almost daily. Item was returned and replaced no questions asked. Best buy has one of the best return policies out there. ***On a side note I did purchase the extended warranty plan to alleviate any concerns for the next 4 years. Highly affordable for worry free usage for the next 4 years.*** Only gave it 4 stars due to WIFI Issues that devloped

I purchased a HP Printer and had the Geek Squad Team to install printer who were simply professional and courteous.. The printer is easy to use and very quiet. No more cartridges to install , just refill ink with bottle ink. This particular HP Printer came with 3 years of ink that was included. It has a nice slim look and has a front load paper which I truly love.

Purchased on sale, with a gift card, and utilizing a trade in of my nearly 10-year-old HP that finally quit working [$30 - thanks, Best Buy!] I had to print some documents for a Monday morning meeting, so I picked this up Saturday, and set it up in about 35 minutes using the online instructions. Connected quickly to my Wi-Fi, ink bottles filled their reservoirs quickly, print heads installed without any problems, ran a test page, set up the scanner, and I had my materials printed in less than 15 minutes after set up - and they looked GREAT! Granted, with all of the tape and "stuffing," it took about 10 minutes to get it plugged in, but the end result - the documents - looked fine. My only minute complaint is that the electrical cord isn't very secure into the printer, but some Alien Tape took care of that dilemma in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend this printer. Will come back with more information after some extensive use and printing photographs!

I like this printer. It is small and compact. Thankfully I'm not out having to buy expensive cartridges every other month. I will say that the paper trays are kind of flimsy and probably wouldn't take any rough handling without something breaking. But I'm very satisfied with the quality of my print and photos. Easy to set up.

Are you tired of replacing ink cartridges. This product will save you many trips to the store for ink. It comes with large bottles of ink and unlike ink cartridges you can physically see your ink levels. I have always wondered if there was any ink in that cartridge i was replacing….. This printer was easy to setup and it has an App for your phone to print from. How cool is that? The print quality is great and scans to your computer with a windows App. Best part is it is wireless so it can be placed anywhere. A very nice product.

This printer has been awesome so far. It prints very nicely and looks really good. I also love that it comes with so much ink. Feel like that’s the main downfall with printers is how small the ink cartridges are. I wish all printers were like this in terms of how large the ink tanks are.
