Easy to setup and provides great quality printing.

Something I like about this printer is that I am able to scan photos and other documents. Every once in a while I will have trouble scanning photos in terms of having to crop the photo on the app. I have had this printer for 3 months and I was finally able to buy the hp photo paper and I did not like how my photos turned out. The photos look a bit grainy and the colors are not vibrant. In other words, it looks toned down. I don’t use the printer a lot but I do have a lot of paper jam problems with this printer. It’s so annoying that it takes a long time to fix the situation. I also get a lot of other errors. Sure, the hp app has videos that show you what could be possibly wrong with the printer and how to fix it but, there are a lot of errors with this printer. One thing I like is that I can print documents on my phone through the app, while being away from home.

I would have rated this five stars, except set-up was not as easy as advertised -- I had to go the "manual" route as the "automatic" option didn't work. The print quality, speed, and quietness once in operation, however, fully met my expectations.

Easy setup and works great so far, colors look good

I am loving my Smart Tank 6001. It is a little noisy when printing but no big problem. I love the idea that I don't have to worry about buying cartridges every time I turn around. Only issue I am having is printing some envelopes from the Hallmark Card Program. But I am sure I will get it resolved.

Does what I need it to do,easy to follow instructions and fast. My expectations have been met.

Really easy to use...set up was a pain along with no clear instructions on how to claim the "up to 2 Years of Ink Included"... Solid overall printer for the price and the first non-cartridge printer we've purchased.

Very happy with this new printer. The ink tanks are really lasting a long time. The prints are beautiful, especially the color ones. It is not the fastest printer but I am really happy with it. I recommend it.

HP printers are excellent and very easy to set up for when I unpacked it until it was finished printing. The first page was nine minutes. I’ve always bought HP printers because they’re extremely reliable, well supported and easy to work with.

Works well when printing photos if I only use one sheet of thin photo paper at a time. But still better than my old one. Had to return the first one but the second one is better
