Had to use help service to install, other than that a nice machine.

The best deal going. I use a printer less than 80 times a year. I don't have to worry about ink cartridge drying out.

Been using it for about a month now and so far it's performed great. Thought it might be a little tricky getting the ink in but all went as it was supposed to. No problems . Great purchase.

Great printer! My only complaint is that it's difficult to connect when installing it.

I have an issue downloading all my prints to the computer to use the HP Smartprint. It works well otherwise but the setup was rough. Called the HP helpline and they tried to make me buy protection software for $500. Be careful of the Scam.

Not easy to set up. When I went to website for help, there were only offers for new products. Got frustrated and distracted & really messed it up. Contact people not helpful. Store sales said I would have to buy another printer. Product, set up, help all unsatisfactory.

Extremely difficult to set up and to get connected. Frequently needs to be re-set by unplugging it. I have never had a printer this difficult to set-up and use.

Printer is great ! Very fast to set it up and connect it to the wifi

Good printer, but difficult to scan and fax with. You have to use your phone to access those features. Also tough to shut off, takes two 15 seconds pushes to shut off.

I need to return this printer. It’s the most I’ve spent on a printer & I can’t stand it. Most of the time instead of printing out a document I am working on it prints directions for correcting error message. I must have 100 pages of these mis-prints. I would be bringing it back asap as I can get to the store!!

dose not print photos the colors very good flash tones not good aim not very happy with the pictures the colors are not very good I can't used the photos

I returned this printer, because it doesn't offer the ability to copy a document. So I don't know how it performs.

HP Smart Tank 6001 Wireless All in One superrank inject with up to 2 years of Inc included. The printer is very hard to assembled. and takes for a while to print any sheet.

The HP Smart Tank printer works great. It uses bottle ink instead of cartridges. I am hoping the ink will last longer and not dry out like cartridges.

Sales person knowledgeable and very helpful. Knew what I was looking for and could recommend a good product.
