Was disappointed that I had to get a new printer, but this one I replaced it with works great!

The new models of HP printers with ink tanks are great. The setup was simple and timeless. The printer works prints beautifully like every HP printer I have owned before. The 2 years work of ink will be nice to have and not have to replace ink cartridges anymore.

I switched from traditional Catridge based printer to this one and was so glad to have made the change. Print cartridges are not only expensive but dry up if not used which was my case. This option was best!

Printing takes FOREVER and a day. It took almost 10 minutes for 3 black and white 1 sided papers to print! I ran out of time on my exam because of this printer! Connectivity sucks as well, the power cord comes loose easily. It is also loud and shakes when in use.

Once you get it connected to the wifi, printing is great. Now, getting it connected to the wifi is difficult, and will randomly disconnect. The instructions to connect to wifi are hard to find and not easy to understand. Wish i had returned this - need something printed and can't get connected -and of course, none of the troubleshooting steps include anything about a problem with the printer, it must be your network or router! Doing a restore of the wifi setup now which takes 2 hours. This is ridiculous!

Wish I would’ve just spent the money early rather than wasting time other printers. This is so easy to use and set up. It has not faulted abd I can print from anywhere. Definitely worth the money.

This printer is good when it works. Print quality is good for B/W and okay for color. A little slow in regards to starting up and print speed (both B/W and color). The only reason I’m giving it two stars is for the ink tanks as ink tanks are great for saving money on expensive cartridges. The major issue is I’ve had this printer less than a week and have already had to unplug it from the wall to reset it 4 times due to connectivity issues or getting the “all lights flashing” error for no reason (able to print once or twice), then the next day or so, it will give the error and say the printer is “unavailable”. I will be returning this one.

We are very pleased with our purchase! We also were very fortunate with the fact that HP rep, Peter, was at this store. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, he actual set up everything for us, so all we had to do was plug it in and add it to our HP Smart on our computer which we had for our previous HP printer.

I purchased an HP-Smart Tank 6001 Wireless all-in-one Supertank Inkjet Printer from Best Buy in Appleton, WI. I am very pleased with the ease of operation of the printer and the quality of colored pictures. I would recommend this printer to anyone.

It's fairly new to me but so far it's a great printer. The set up was straight forward and there were easy directions to follow. Going slow and carefully helped it set up perfectly. I can easily print beautiful copies in black and white or color. I scan and email documents. So far I love my new printer.

I had gone through two color laser printers in a 6 to 8 year time for home use. I was looking for a replacement when the BB sales person suggested I try this one, which is considerably cheaper and has a replaceable print head. I was a little hesitant (due to poor quality ink jet printers in the past) but it was actually on sale so I tried it. It was medium difficulty to set up the first time (not quite easy). print quality is very good, it warms up and prints quickly, more quickly than my HP and Canon laser printers from sleep mode. I am so far glad I got it. the replacement ink is much less expensive than laser toner

The HP Smart Tank 6000 has been one of the best printers I’ve owned. The setup was quick and easy, and the ink tanks last forever—way better than constantly buying cartridges. The print quality is crisp for documents and surprisingly good for photos too. It connects to Wi-Fi with no issues, and the HP Smart app makes printing from my phone super convenient. It’s quiet, fast, and perfect for home or small business use. If you want a dependable, affordable printer that won’t run through ink like crazy, this one is a winner!

1st printer lasted about 2 months (false pen missing and false low ink, then it stopped picking paper and made odd noises). Pinter only had about 200 pages. Figured we all have bad days, but sadly hp didn’t impress me with their service. Hp chat gave false information and sent me to hp sites with 404 errors and/or the wrong printer information. Called hp (was on hold and disconnected multiple times leading to over an hour of phone time). Took hp a month to supply a replacement. 2nd printer was difficult to set up (HP Smart Print issues). 2nd printer lasted about 4 months (false pen missing and false low ink). Massive air in tubes. I asked HP and they shared my 1 yr warranty is tied to the original purchase date (so I didn’t have much warranty left). I didn’t want to try a 3rd. HP said they would refund my purchase. It has now been over a month and hp still has not refunded my purchase (keep getting the run-around and now they want to give me a reduced refund). Note for both printer failures (contacting service) I was disconnected multiple times (3 times during one call). I’ve noted for many months to hp they have phone issues and I’ve used land-line and cell lines to call (still get disconnected). I also had over 8 emails unanswered (finally starting to reply, but not resolving the issue). HP said they archived my case as I wasn’t responsive enough. I wanted a refund so I could buy a printer to print and not wait a month for a replacement (I need to print shipping labels). If they were timely and supportive, I’d be printing. Very sad hp doesn’t support their service people to resolve issues (I keep getting forwarded).

Works good, but gies into some kind of error mode from time to time, where all the lights and screen start flashing continously. Only way we've found to correct this is to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it. But it happens again and again.
