It seam to be a easy a used printer and easy set up

Excellent price and excellent condition !!!!!!!!!!

Installation was not easy, the internet connection between printer and phone dropped several times during the setup. Once installed it works well, print quality is very good. What attracted us to this model is the refillable ink supertank. We have not had to refill yet. Double sided copy function is a 2 step manual process. My fault, I did not ask enough questions about copying. My previous HP copied double side and collated multiple copies.

Reliable, a little noisier than I expected. Good print quality, haven't printed any photos yet, but the color and back and white printing are fine.

Easy to set up and connected right away. The tank system is easy to fill and refills are really inexpensive.

Great for my small business. The ink lasts so much longer and is cheaper. It can be kind of difficult to initially set up, but once it was up and running, it has been great.

Good stuff, easy setup, great quality. Don't put minimum word counts inyour review section moving forward. I'm your customer not the other way around, get your ship together best buy. Also don't tell people what type of language they can use in there reviews. You just lost a long time repeat customer with your censorship.

This is my first smart tank printer. The print is so much better than a cartridge inkjet printer with ink that will last up to 2 years. It was easy to set up. The ink was easy to put in the printer. It is a winner!

Amazing printer! Loved how simple it was to set up and use. It's my wife's favorite thing now. With homeschooling our daughter, we have a lot of stuff to print and this thing keeps up with everything. It's simply amazing.

This printer is great as far as the ink goes. I have had several situations where it won’t connect to computer or WiFi for the most part it is a good printer

I had a bit of a problem setting it up to print at first, but I got it to work from my computer and finally from my phone. I think I may have tried to use the HP Smart icon on my phone instead of the Smart Print icon. I love the color output. I haven't had the need to do any large printing so far, but the documents that I have printed are very clear and vibrant. The speed is fine for my needs, like I said I haven't had the need to do large jobs so speed is not something I've noticed as an issue. I do like the fact that I can do double sided printing so I don't have to waste paper. It is also convenient when my daughter needs to print study material for school. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

The printer does a nice job. I find it a bit odd to scan, you have to add an app to your smart phone. I liked our older printer/scanner combo where all of the buttons to scan and then email a scan to a phone or email was part of the machine. I have only owned it for a month or so, but hoping the ink lasts as long as it indicates. We run a restaurant and our menu changes routinely, so we use a decent amount of color. Its a very quite machine, which I like too.

Printer was easy to set up; really like the two sided printing, saves on paper. Prints quickly and smoothly with nicely printed results. Happy with purchase.

Not that easy to set up. Had to call HP for assistance. Could not get sync to my phone. Could be my internet service.
