This my second HP Smart Tank printer, and this one is an amazing improvement. Fast printing, simple two-sided printing, easy wireless set up to computer and phone. Definitely recommend. Savings on ink will offset initial purchase price (also purchased on sale, $100 off at Best Buy).

Fantastic! Best printer on the planet. I’m so happy with my new acquisition. I truly recommend it to everyone. It’s especially good for students because the tank system is practical, economical, and easy to use. Absolutely worth it!

This printer is great and it was easy to set up. I use it for school projects and when I pri t them out they are crisp and the colors are bright.

The printer is nice and compact. The only downfall is the paper drawer can be a little complicated to open. The machine prints beautifully.

I must say that this printer, HP Smart Tank 7602, is by far the best printer I have owned in a long minute. I do a bit of printing for school, working on a masters, and I have been using Epson printers. I have gone through 3 printers in like 2 years. Lets hope this HP lasts longer! So far the ink is holding up well!

I love not having to worry about refilling the ink and it works really well in my music room when I teach music lessons I can print fingering charts or sheet music or copy their page to write on it.

Very good Printer, ink lasts very long. It has been working months with no issues nor complains at all.

I got this printer about a year ago at the recommendation of the HP rep at my local best buy. I wanted a new type of printer since I've already tried two canons and about a half a dozen EPSONS over the past 10 years and all failed me miserably. This one was no different. For awhile it was good. Solid printing. Smooth print heads without any streaks. Then suddenly about 6 months in it kept going offline and "Sleeping" without ability to get it to turn back on. Randomly it would suddenly start printing out of nowhere and started working for awhile again. Suddenly about a year in, I got error Error 8AF30001 and it stopped working completely. I tried everything, even looking on youtube and HP forums. Nothing. What makes it worse is a few months after I bought it, I didn't renew my best buy total subscription so that nullified the 2 year warranty I got with the printer. The tech at Best Buy said there's nothing they can do. It's a shame because I spent almost $500 on it. Now I'm going to have to get a new printer and for sure I'm adding HP to the list of AWFUL PRINTER BRANDS NEVER TO BUY! And thanks a lot Best buy for trying to corner me to get Total again. You're lucky you're the only tech store still standing from the 90s otherwise I'd never go to you ever again too.

A lot better product than any of those small cartridges printers that hp has out there. Ink last longer in this machine….

Much quieter than other models. The touch screen is clear and concise, a good addition.

So far its been great. I use this for work here at home, the kids school work, and personal projects. Its been easy to use and that makea life enjoyable. The speed is great, color spectacular, and no jams so far. Haven't had for 2 years so we'll see about the 2 years worth of ink advertising.

This is a phenomenal wireless printer I haven’t faxed with it yet due to not having phone line near location of my printer. Can’t wait to fax with it also here very shortly.

Excellent print quality at good speed. Very smart interface. Easy to network. Our old printer was a 3 year old Cannon and this one is way better.
