I like this printer especially the ink bottles, iess money by half. I give this a 4 because the lid when I open it to scan an item & then close the lid it pop like it is hanging up. And on 2 occasions since I got it, it won’t print because it says the printer heads are misaligned & I have to open the printer head cover & reset the 2 printer heads to clear the issue. If it continues to do this I will return the printer.

Easy to set up than older models. Ink seems to be plenty - will have to use more to confirm. So far so good, no complaints.

Great Printer. Very impressed with the quality and how you can fill up the ink cartridges instead of buying new expensive ones.

I like the features but the first one was defective. Kept giving me an error message that paper was jammed in ADF. Swapped it out and the new one has been good so far.

This printer took the place of a large HP. It works fine and saves space once you learn the upgrade.

You would think that BB would not have enough employees working the floor, every time I was there someone was always available to help me. If that person was busy then they would contact someone from another department to assist me with my search. The other individual would be well prepared and informed. They are courteous, professional,and knowledgeable. That means everything!

This printer was easy to set up. I'm very pleased. I love the way the type looks and so far, I love the ink cartridges.

Love it. Perfect quality of copies. Delivered quickly. You unpack and follow instructions to set up. Pretty easy enough to do so.

Ordered replacement ink at the same time as printer, but was back ordered. Printer works well with small challenges with setup.

The smart tank features are very good. The 7602 printer was very easy to set up and operate. The wireless features help with the set up and use.
