Very good printer. A bit difficult to set up especially, for scanning.

Very difficult to install. Once installed, worked for a couple of days then stopped printing. Sometimes would print color text but not black. Had Geek Squad come and reinstall. It then worked for a couple of days and stopped again. Have spent hours on the phone troubleshooting this with an HP representative. They are going to send me a new black ink cartridge as they finally concluded that the one I have is defective. Will take two weeks to get it. Once the new one is installed and if it still does not work, they promised to replace the entire printer within 4 to 5 days. Can't return to Best Buy as their policy is no returns 10 days from purchase. Been without a printer for weeks going through this process and will now have to wait another two weeks to see if this solution works. Not sure I would purchase from Best Buy or HP again.

Great printer. I love the ink shoe that lasts up to 2 years. The printer is also much lighter than my previous HPs. There are only 2 problems; first is there is currently no way to scan from the printer to an iMac. Apple has not created a compatible driver yet. Secondly, there is no way to scan a 2-sided paper to another 2-sided. Very inconvenient.

I have had a hard time getting everything to work properly. Wireless connection has not been successful yet after several weeks trying. I called HP Support and got little to no help at all. I am using a brand new HP desktop computer in connection with this printer. It is very frustrating that the two seem to be having these compatibility issues and HP Support has been so useless so far...

YOU CAN NOT DOUBLE SCAN. There is an auto feeder but it only scans one side of the paper. You have to manually turn the other side. For almost $400 printer this is ridiculous!

Not an easy "plug and play"! Complex installation requiring an app, extensive work on computer to "link" and setup via Bluetooth AND wi-fi. Also had a problem with paper jamming, and un-diagnosable connectivity issues periodically. Overall, a major disappointment from HP.
