Best Printer choice for us as it scans, faxes, copies in black and in color and uses ink instead of toner cartridges which we have not been able to find anymore.

Didn’t know that it couldn’t make two sided copies. Shouldn’t have bought it. My old HP did. Black ink won’t last two years. Had to get geeks to help set it up to scan to my laptop. Not worth the money

Good product, great quality, excellent and fast service.

Have been pleased with overall performance. The ink tanks are easy to fill and save money over cartridges. Wifi printing from multiple devices works well.

Installation was a little tricky. I could only get it installed so far when I had to call the geek squad for assistance.

Best printer for businesses also, Bluetooth is very worth it

The new printer is much more advanced than my old one. The printer uses liquid ink which is much better than the cartridges.

This is my first printer without cartridges and it goes beyond saying; if you don’t evolve, you will mutate.

This is the second HP Smart Tank that I purchased and I love them, I have one in my home and the other one is for my office

Very good printer from HP functioning as mentioned with good build quality. Only issue is with the HP app the email configuration is not available for scanning the docs

The printer looks modern with the mix blue and white, is very economic too. The price was good and has a lot of functions, in general looks a good printer.

Like but frustrated that it keeps needing to be reloaded to my computer. A friend said we have a slow internet!

Very disappointed with HP. Please lower your expectations with this model. The set up was seamless but that's the end of positive statements. The touch commands are horrible. The copies are not as crisp as my older HP laser model. Sometimes it print both sides, sometimes it will not. Sometimes it will not print at all!

It works great and has nice color. I wish it had an easier understanding of how to use the ink verses ink cartridges.

This printer is amazing, easy too operate and have clean & clear image.

colors were not a sharp as my old hp officejet, but ok. had issues connecting print/scan functions with my windows 7 pro, microsoft no longer provide updates, but finally after couple hours of repeating reboots and running install software, printer installed. I would recommend printer for only users with fully updated windows7 or later.

Digital use selections could be more friendly. Expecting that practice will improve familiarity with selections options.

Only way to go with printers now days avoid the ink deals from HP they haven’t much control

Great printer. As a business that has multiple printers, big and large, we love HP-Smart 7602. It is very economical, and works amazing. I would buy again.

I have been using HP products for 45+ years. This printer is ideal for my wife's day-to-day stuff. Quality & Value second to none.
