Best Buy Geek Squad Auto Tech did great job installing new Kenwood radio and Soundstream amp in my Chevy Equinox. Neil at my local Crystal Lake Best Buy store was great to work with and installed everything fast.

I should have just installed it myself. They cracked the dash piece and never compensated us. And our steering wheel buttons are now simply floating inside the steering wheel rendering them useless. Had I know they’d tear the car up, I would have never even considered them. Do not recommend.

This is to leave praise on Best Buy for swapping my favorite radio from my old car to a my new car. You would never know that the final result wasn't factory installation. (Thanks Kevin.)

This is a good device with the detracting face since we have to part the car on the street. The bluetooth calling sounds to other people like I'm far away, but it does not detract from the communication very much at all. Overall we're very happy with the system.

The Geek Squad guys did a great job installing 2 new stereos into both of my daughters Honda CRV's. Great work and very fast installs.

The installer was very professional. He told me what to buy ahead of time. Actually he printed out the accessories I needed to order online to bring with my car stereo. In one hour it was done and I was on my way.

The Tech was attentive to our needs and able to recommend what we needed to make the deck sound better. He went out of his way to help my wife understand how to use the Bluetooth and pair up her phone.

The Tech Guys did a great job. They were fast and at a great price. I sent my daughter over there by herself and they treated her well and took great care of her. I will definitely use this service again

I purchased an in dash stereo unit for an older vehicle. The technician that installed it did a great job, was professional, and detailed. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a unit installed

Purchased a single-din radio with free installation. Got to appointment and was told there was $145 in materials fees. Free installation is really free labor, which is fine. Unfortunately, check out system does not warn about extra cost except a $5 materials fee. Even states that the fee is for parts and labor for installation. So I engaged with a back and forth with an asst manager. Bottom line, website needs to disclose all possible charges.

I bought a new deck, and a powered subwoofer for my dump truck. I thought the install might be a problem because of the space limitation in the cab, not so!! The Geek Squad did an awesome job!! Everything looks and sounds great!!
