It's a cable. Plug it in and it works. These used to be a lot more expensive

This cable was very useful for me. i would recommend it, make sure that you don't end up with to much cord, measure first.

Since this HDMI cable is for a simple bedroom satellite TV box to TV set hookup I opted to try the inexpensive Insignia brand as recommended by a Best Buy sales associate. To date the product is giving excellent results and most definitely well worth its purchase price.
