    HDMI is completely digital, there is no difference from this low cost thin cable to the huge shielded premium cables, it either works or doe snot. Static is from the old analog cables like RCA cables. You do need to make sure it's the right version (HDMI 2.x or 3.X), but that's is, don't let the kid tell you need to spend $100 on HDMI.

    The Super Bowl was on and you have a house full of people. You couldn't t hear a thing so this year you purchase yourself a Sound bar, well you'll need this cable to make the connect. It'll be a vast improvement over last year. Get the cable. LOL don't say I didn't warn you.
