Today I learned it is 15 days. I didn't want stire credit. Asked for manager fir an override to have my credit card refunded. Chris, the manager did make the refund to my credit card but was very rude. Acted like the money was coming from his own pocket. Never acknowledged me ir so much as looked at me. This type of behavior is unusal for Bestbuy. Employees usually friendly and helpful. Not Chris!
