    This is just one of many enclosures that I have tried over the years. This enclosure has a standard USB 3.0 connector which I really love because it is fast and I have tons of these cables laying around. Lots of other enclosures have a strange USB cable that only fits the enclosure so if you loose it your online trying to find a replacement. This enclosure also came with the exact tools you need to open and close it. Very nice addition.

    After buying a new computer, I wanted a bare enclosure to throw the 500 gb OEM drive in (from the old one). Everything is straightforward with this unit. Easy to install and use. Seems performant.

    Bought to house a ssd for use with a gaming console. As a storage device worked decently, but xbox1 would periodically think it dropped out and came back, pc never did same.
