An amazing feat considering that Geek Squad was unable to recover it where the next step would have been a $1000+ Data Recovery Service (think men in white suits...). Thank you Best Buy for carrying this product!

This unit is definitely durable enough, and for the first couple of months, it worked great. However, recently it has started having connection problems, and I have to wiggle the connector around a bit on the unit to get it to stay connected. Sorry insignia, I had high hopes.
