Haven't spent much time after original dissapoint

Then after 3 tries we got it to maybe work but would only load 20mb until you spend an additional $70. Not sure what my son has done after that since we have both been very busy

These Insignia enclosures have a bad connection and the message "Disk not ejected properly," kept appearing.
