They are rude and act as if they are doing me a favor by selling stuff to me

In this case, I was more than 100% satisfied, if that is possible. My wife's laptop died and of course we hadn't backed it up in awhile. I did what I could to revive it but had no luck. I then decided to purchase this enclosure. It could not have been easier to install. The instructions are clear and concise and it literally is plug in play! I was able to load the drive on a different computer and like magic she had her files! This is a fantastic alternative to taking it to a repair shop! On top of that, once I transfer the files, I am going to remove the files on this old drive and will essentially have a 128 GB External SSD.
I would recommend this to a friend More a buyer beware...

After setting all the software up, I spent an hour trying to make the drive work. I finally gave up and went back to Best Buy the next day with the computer, the drive, and the enclosure. The Geek guy at the counter couldn't get it to work, either. Only when a more experienced Geek told him the enclosure works only for SATA drives (and not SSDs) was the mystery solved. While I'm sure this works great, beware being told something wrong by BB sales personnel.

However, let me remind you that if you bought this TV after 10/15/2016 you have a return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate with your receipt or order number at any Best Buy store.
