I bought it with my a16 iPad and it connected perfectly with no issues. Battery life is good but could be longer. And the size is not too large for my hands either.

I’ve had the Apple Pencil before and opted to go with a cheaper peripheral for drawing. Thus far this Insignia pencil is a like-for-like exact exchange, with one minor difference: you do have to use the USB-C cable to charge it vs. the magnetic dock. While the mag dock holds it in place very nicely, it doesn’t charge the non-Apple pencil.

Will turn off on its own and lasts a while before needing a charge. Its no apple pen but it is as good. For art, theres no lag in use. The pen is good overall.
