Easy set up to any tv, affordable and a good purchase

We ended up losing the remote to my son's TV, and by we I mean my son lost his remote to his TV.... Either way we had to get a replacement, and we ended up picking up this remote which works perfectly. Super simple to set up, had him clicking away in minutes.

I purchased this Insignia universal remote as a replacement to my Samsung Smart TV remote. Setting up the remote to work with the Samsung Smart TV was a pretty straightforward process. The one con that is quite annoying (and the reason I deducted 2 stars) is that this remote lacks a 'Back' or 'Return' function, which makes navigating apps such as youtube and hulu quite tedious!

I needed a new remote and my Insignia power button broke down! So I went to get a replacement, this was the model I picked up. It synchronized to the TV very efficiently. A bit of creative work to access the sleep timer feature, but it gets the job done! I was even able to program the cable box to it! Simplicity!

I have an old LED screen Tv that has been working perfectly . The remote wasn’t made as well as the TV and conked out . I thought I was out of luck because it’s an older set but I saw this on sale and gave it a try . In a couple of minutes , it was set up and ready to go - works better than the old one .

When my sons Roku Insignia Tv Remote stopped working I was afraid I would have to buy a new tv. Best buy was able to show me this universal remote that was so easy to use. Took it out of the package, install batteries and follow directions. With 1 push of button my sons remote was all set up!

We bought a new Insignia Tv and it wasn't long before the remote didn't work.Seemed like it was faulty I ordered a new one and it is working pretty well. It is a little different than the original but is better. It was easy to adjust to my Tv I just have to get used to where the buttons are.

Definitely not a perfect match, as a Roku remote has far less buttons, including a few that this remote doesn't have, but it gets the job done for the functions that are really needed. Setup was also extremely easy.

I purchased this Insignia TV remote for an elderly friend who had misplaced the original one that came with her TV. I am not sure it is identical to the original one; however, it was uncomplicated, easy to set up and use.

Been using this remote for a month and so far it does what it is suppose to without any issues. It is very easy to setup and use. The best part is that it does what other universal remotes can do at a very good price. Low cost, reliable, easy setup and use. Yes, please!

I purchased it because the remote that came with my new TV has a display button, but no guide button (to see what's on next). Unfortunately, all of the other buttons worked -- but the guide button would not work with my TV.

I bought this universal remote to replace my Samsung TV remote. I was able to get it working in less than a minute. It is working great for the available features. I only lost a couple of buttons that were on the original remote but not on this one. Great value.

Bought this remote as an additional for the 50” insignia fire tv. It works great The only thing it lacks is the voice command capability but to me it’s no big deal because I never use it anyway A good replacement if the original is damaged or lost

Needed a replacement for a lost Visio remote. This was the lowest priced model. Had to use all three methods before it finally worked, but now all is good. Excellent value.

Great remote control. It paired to my roku box very easily, and it was already came paired to my insignia TV, I didn't have to program the code in. I would definitely recommend this product.
