Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Vertical Ergonomic Wireless Optical Mouse as ergonomically beneficial, significantly reducing wrist discomfort for many users. Its ease of use and affordability are also frequently praised, although some find the size unsuitable and report occasional issues with the left click button. While the battery life receives positive feedback, concerns exist regarding the lack of Bluetooth connectivity and tracking inconsistencies on certain surfaces.

The price is attractive. However, holding feeling is comfortable. However, the clicking mechanism and responsiveness are are lacking on other more expensive competition, like Logitech Vertical. But, it is a good entry .

I was having numbness in my thumb and index finger due to resting my on a very hard surface with a small ledge. First, I purchased a thick mouse pad and made sure to rest my wrist on it. This did not help. Next, I bought a wired Microsoft Ergonomic mouse. It helped, but my wrist and hand were in such bad shape, I still experienced pain. I rest my forearm on the arm rest of my office chair when I use my mouse. Perhaps this is not good, but I found it impossible to not do so. I thought I would try this relatively inexpensive vertical mouse to see if that would help. It has! This mouse has greatly lessened my hand numbness. When used mindfully, I can keep my wrist completely off the mouse pad. In addition, its performance as a pointing device has been quite satisfactory. It took me no time at all to get used to using its vertical design. Note, I only use the mouse for work and personal purposes...no gaming.

Got this to help relieve some pain in the hand. Worked good but from months of use feeling this could be a little compact and would be a better fit for my hands. I have medium glove size hand, preference for me is usually smaller compact mouse. But this is a helpful product to have on hand if you use 8-10hr /day.

I bought this Vertical Ergonomic mouse to help with my Carpal tunnel but it hasn't, it could be that I waited too long. I'm waiting for my surgery. It really didn't take me long to get used to it, not like I thought it would. So I would recommend it, just don't wait too long.

solid mouse except for the range

I purchased this mouse to help alleviate the "mouse elbow" that had developed using a 13" MacBook Pro. I couldn't find a lot of mice that worked with MacOS, so I took a shot with this one. The ergonomic positioning on the mouse was certainly new to me, but I quickly became used to it. Between using an ergonomic keyboard and this ergonomic mouse, the "mouse elbow" became significantly better. My only complaint, and it's a pretty big one, is that the USB receiver is in a Thunderbolt hub on the left side of the laptop. The mouse is on the right just 3 feet away and that's too far. The tracking is jumpy and the cursor just "quits" moving on the screen. If I move the mouse to the left of the keyboard (1 feet away from the receiver) then there is no jumpiness at all. It seems to me that that with my setup, the maximum range is about 2 feet. Now I have to buy a Thunderbolt extension cable to move the hub to the right of the laptop.

If you have wrist pain from mousing the vertical mouse can help quite a bit. There are heavier/nicer models on the market but at 3-4x the price. The Insignia model is decent and quite good for the price point.

This is awesome mouse. It is so comfortable to hold. It takes the pressure off my elbow and my wrist. It does take some getting use to, but that doesn't take long. I would recommend this to anyone who has wrist, elbow, or shoulder problems. Even if you don't have the problems but use a mouse all day, you will appreciate using this mouse. Once you get use to this mouse, it is hard to go back to a regular mouse.

I own a similar one from Logitech In the office and I purchased this one for Working from home and I have to say it’s pretty good product and it’s way cheaper. I recommend if you are looking for quality without paying a lot.

I'm a software engineer so I spend a lot of time at the computer -- this mouse has saved my wrist! I have tendonitis in my right wrist and using a mouse for long periods of time (required for my job) would aggravate it and require a lot of icing. This mouse solved that! It took a little bit getting used to, but now I find normal mice to feel weird. Highly recommend!

I had some issues with my hand and wanted to find a new ergonomic mouse. When I saw this one for sale, I decided to try it for myself and was not disappointed. It works well, fits my hand well...but I have to tell you, it LOOKS weird.

Great value for this ergo mouse. These take a little while to get used to coming from a regular mouse. But once you do, it really helps wrist pain. This mouse has all the same functionalities and feel as much high priced units.

This is my first ergonomic mouse I've bought. It does takes a bit to get used to. I'm still struggling with the movements and sensitivity but I think I can adjust to it. I don't see myself returning the item but here are some things to keep in mind. I ordered it online, as in store options wasn't available. There is NO BLUETOOTH function, instead it is a USB receiver. I was really hoping it was going to be a USB 3.0 (USB C) like some of the reviews said but mine wasn't - I ended up with USB 2.0 (USB B). For those who have sweaty/oily hands, it kind of does pick up. The manual says to clean it with a damp lint-free cloth, which works. Kind of disappointing it wasn't a USB 3.0 (USB C) receiver as I was hoping to free up a 2.0 port, but it's not enough for me to deal with returning it. There are many other ergonomic mouse out there but keep in mind you are paying for what you get. So if you want gamer's quality, this won't do it. But for remote work or if you're on a screen for long periods of time, this will do it.

This mouse successfully relieved some pain while dealing with tendonitis. It is comfortable but the laser isn't good. The laser used is far less accurate than lasers in more expensive mice and it has a harder time tracking on different surfaces - a cloth mousepad is necessary or a dark solid surface.

exactly what we needed considering we are always using a mouse. The design looks odd, but your hand slips into it easily. It might be a tad big for my small hands but no discomfort.

I like this mouse very well. Bought it mainly as a secondary mouse to give my wrist and hand a break from continued use of a traditional mouse. Takes a bit of effort to learn how to use it but it works very well for my purpose.

One of the best purchases I've made in years. I was starting to develop carpal tunnel pain in my right wrist while working on my desktop PC. The pain would get so bad I would have to limit my typing time. I did some research on Best Buy and found this mouse. Surprisingly, the pain left immediately after using this mouse. I thought it would take days or weeks, but the pain left and has not returned more than two years later.
