Could not figure out how to use the product so I went back and bought another brand of scanner.

I needed a scanner to scan pictures to make a slideshow. My old scanner quit. I read the reviews on this and decided to try it. I returned it the day after I used it. The software to download for windows 7 didn't work. It just kept saying WiFi detecting even though the device was connected to the computer. I then downloaded the app on a windows 10 computer and it connected right away. The first few pictures looked great. Then I started seeing white lines. I would rescan and that usually worked. Due to the auto cropping, you had to be careful of what picture to scan as it would cut off heads if the photo was not bright enough. At times it processed very slow. I tried calibrating and cleaning it and still didn't help. Photos also started to get grainy and could see banding.

This product should not be marketed in the best buy stores very poor quality item, would never, never, never tell anyone to buy one. The copier has poor wifi connection, scanning and saving pics is to long of a process, becomes annoying. The scanner itself starts developing lines in the copies in just a 100or so pics, needs to be cleaned and calibrated often. Pulls pics in at angle quite often, do you get the "picture" it's junk!
