The new model doesn’t like rugs on top of tile floors or locations where tile floors are a joined to wood floors causing the mop to become stuck but the app smart mapping helps some. It does hold much more fluid but the fluid is expensive and should be sold in bulk concentrate. The ability to work in tandem with the new vacuum is effective. Hopeful for improved geofencing as the smart maps continue to learn them selves and the application is developed to allow more pinpoint accuracy. Alexa integration is basic so far but works and is helpful.

As my title states, it does and "okay" job. But, it does and "Okay" job several times a week. That makes it worth it for me. You still will need to mop your floor traditionally, but it reduces the frequency of hand mopping the floor. There sometimes is a residue left behind, and it will leave a haze on the floor. My suggestion is to set this thing up to mop while you are at work or shopping. It will take a couple hours to mop, since it sprays the floor and then moves back-fourth over that spot. Then it sprays another spot and continues. Its painful to watch, but least its helping keep the floor cleaner.

We have a Roomba i7+ and decided to get the Braava thinking it would be a perfect pair especially where we have mostly tile and hardwood floor. Love how our Roomba works & had high expectations for the Braava. Was very disappointed. It streaked every single bit of floor it touched and it had a very difficult time navigating around things that our Roomba easily got around like chairs, a dog bed, and toys. May try it again in the future but for now we’ll stick to hand mopping after our Roomba does it’s work.

Initially, I loved this robot. However, after a couple of months of use, the navigation system gets stuck. It often times has to be placed on a flat surface (from transitional flooring strips) and has a hard time finding its base. Which means I have to manually put it on the charger.

This is the coolest little robot appliance on the market. We have the iRobot i3 vacbot and you can set these up to run in sequence through the app. It is very convenient. Following the i3, this can do all of the hardwood in the house in about an hour and a half for the full clean time, which is just fantastic. It is incredibly quiet and sleek looking as well.

Have used it several times and seems to be doing a good job. I gave it a 4 star since I will have to determine how good it is in a year.

While I like the Braava Jet, there have definitely been problems. This is the third one I have owned over the last 7 years. Once a wheel goes bad (2nd one) or water won’t flow through (1st one), iRobot (while they tried) couldn’t help. The app also could use some help-the map isn’t shared with the vacuum and had to be redone several times. However when it works, it works great. Doesn’t rub up against the walls like early iRobots did and does a great job avoiding obstacles. Does not squirt water on objects only the floor (great detection of objects).

Cleans well but the robot have some dificulteis to find his way. I’m still working on it. But it’s a good helper!

Works great! It does a pretty good job of cleaning floor stains from juice spills. Depending on how big your floor plan is, you might need to refill. I recommend buying the extra wet mop. Overall, very happy with the product and would buy again.

love it, better than the smaller one, which I bought first and didn't do my kitchen without multiple runs. This one did the whole kitchen. Does alert you if you haven't ran it in awhile and flashes at you. You can clear this to spot the flashing or just run it.

Does everything you expect, but way better then i expected it to...cleans very well and hardley ever gets stuck. Just map out your house

It works good and it’s good for minor stains. Definitely not intended to be your only solution for heavy dirt. I think mopping robots should have some vibration along with the towards and backwards movement. That would improve the product.

Its better than the vacuum, it mops and it helps. Nothing special, also get stuck all the time, it get lost, it creates a new map every run, not consistent.

This mop works with the Roomba with the added benefit of being able to communicate with the Roomba for coordinating sweep and mop routines. When sweeping is done the mop will come out when the Roomba docks.

I detest vacuuming and mopping above all other household chores. I own two Roomba vacuums (one for upstairs, one for downstairs) and recently bought the Braava mop robot too. It took it about 5 mapping runs to get the map finished, but now I can tell it to go mop a specific room, group of rooms, or spot-mop; I can also tell it to just dry mop by putting on the appropriately keyed mop head. I bought the washable wet and dry mops for it. So far, I'm really liking it! The one thing I wish that iRobot would do is get these devices to share their maps so you don't have to go through the mapping process multiple times if you have more than one iRobot device. Small annoyance though compared to the fact that the mop is easily added to the app and can be bossed around from anywhere! Gotta love it!

does a great job cleaning, however it starts all over agin each time that it needs to recharge. so it doesn't work the same mapping as the vacuum.I have to pick it up and put it in 2 different rooms

Great time saver-but it does leave streaks that need to be wiped. Does a good job of washing and mapping the area is pretty cool but a lengthy task. Ability to wash just certain areas once the mapping sequence is done is a plus feature.

This is such a very cool product! I love it and it does a great job. Suggestions: make SURE that the floor is vacuumed as much as possible. Otherwise the mop pad gets stuck with dirt and hair and can't do its job as well. Use in smaller spaces or switch out the pad mid-cleaning. The pad, when dirty, can't help but spread some of the residue around while it's cleaning. So if you have a big space, program the mop to split it up so you get the max cleaning benefit. The cleaning solution smells REALLY GOOD! I would never have purchased this but the value is in the time savings. If you are a very busy person and can afford it, it's worth it. Otherwise, I wouldn't say that it beats a few hours a week mopping. It really is just meant to give you a little extra time in the day, not necessarily a better clean than some elbow grease.

This has been a large improvement over mopping systems I have tried before. It has a large enough battery and enough of a reservoir to mop my entire first floor, about 1000 square ft. I have used it three times now on a dark brown tile floor. It does not leave streaks or haze. I use a 50-50 mixture of water and vinegar. I almost gave it four stars because the replacement mopping pads are very expensive, but I knew that when I purchased it.
