I feel a little aprehensión with this item. The idea of robotics is nice but it cannot replace human tasking

still learning about this type of product. I have ran it a few times but it keeps having troubles crossing a 1/4 inch border molding that’s between the tiled area and the wood flooring of my kitchen. It just won’t cross it other than this it seems it is a interesting product and once I figure out how to get it to ignore the strip and continue it will be great for me.

I am very disappointed in this product. It has given us so many issues. It worked great for a month or so. Now it won't mop. It spins to the right and crashes into the wall or it will just spin in circles and read error. We've already reset it a few times. Sometimes I set it to mop just the kitchen and it goes to the bathroom or will just mop one spot over and over. We've had to re-map the house a few times. We've ordered parts and it has the same issues. This product is either a piece of crap or its defective. I would really like my money back or a replacement. Don't waste your money. Too much of a headache.

Love irobot products. Every time irobot comes out with a new idea it is great. My only complant is when the mop doesnt have anymore water in the tank it doesnt alert me to refill it. Over all great product, i havent picked up a mop ever since I purchased this.

It really is just a quick once over with damp pad. The black window broke on the 3rd use when the Braava ran into a sofa table. I was disappointed to learn that a replacement part could not be sent. Instead, the whole unit must be shipped (on you). We had just discarded all the packaging making it even more inconvenient, so we did not bother.

leaves streaks but its not a big deal. I use it weekly get the extra pads that you can wash

Can not brag on this machine enough. Really didn’t expect much, but wow!! I love it and will not go without it. I have recommended it to all my friends. It cleans like a swiffer, so for every day cleaning it’s fantastic.

IRobot - Braava jet m6 wi-fi connected Robot Mop works great when It is connected to the internet it basically will tell you when it is having an issue. It maps out the house and you can tell it to concentrate on a certain area and it can work with the Roomba.

I love how really good this can clean our floor! Saves me a lot of time and energy. Very easy to use as well.

Pretty good little mop. I don’t now how “clean” the floor is when it’s done. I use a Hoover floor mate that actually sucks the water up when cleaning. But for in between it does a decent job, what you would get out of a regular push mop.

it's not bad, but will take 3 to 4 hours to clean a space of 800 sqft

We really like it, very easy to set up you just let it go around the house for a couple of times and after that you can tell it where to go and where to stay off, phone operation is easy and the cleaning if it is also very simple. We really like it.

Didnt want to spend so much on a Roomba but so far this investment seems to make sense. Best feature is mapping which ensures that all parts of the floor are covered. Of course the dry & wet mop being the primary driver for purchase

Mapping is good, but streaks. App control is more intelligent than older i robots.

This is the answer to any mop cleaning task in most settings. It is quick and cleans thoroughly

This one does the trick but like most of these products they are pricy.

When mopping it leaves visible tracks, but just when I was going to return it I realized it works great for dusting the floor silently and does a great job going right up against the floorboards. I think I’m going to keep it because I find I’ll use the Roomba 1 xweekly and the braava to dust every other day until the next week when I Roomba again.

If I’ve used this product 5 times in 9 months, it’s too much. Complete waste of time and effort every time I give it a try. This product is advertised as being able to clean a whole house but that is absolutely false. I have an 1800 sf home. How can it possibly clean well when all it is doing is pushing a single small damp pad across the floor of an entire home. It leaves streaks and haze everywhere. You can literally feel the dirty floor after it’s done. I’ve tried smaller areas vs entire house and disposable pads vs reusable ones, same result. Wish I could get my money back but did not return on time. Ugh. By the way I’ve owned several roombas and absolutely love the i7 model with clean base. I bought the m6 to link it with the roomba. Disappointing results.

Works just as it should for hard tile and wood floors, it goes around rugs and other obstacles with ease. Fluid lasts longer than I expected.

Is not like use a mop, but it helps a lot with everyday cleaning.
