I purchased this unit as a part of a bundle with the Roomba J7+ and I don't think I can ever look at another automated cleaning product the same way again. Aside from it's ability to work in tandem with a Roomba unit, it works great as a smart mop and wipes up messes without an issue.

This is good for all floors except hardwood. Left streak marks all over my hardwood floors. I cannot recommend.

This floor cleaner is horrible! The cleaner makes my floors look very dull and it leaves marks from the wheels everywhere.

Thought I’d purchase this robot mop to clean my wood floors. It’s been a great timesaver.

The water tank is very small The I robot can do my front room, after that it is out of water. It did not clean very well missed a lot of dirt left streaks going back-and-forth. It also uses cloths that must be replaced this could become very expensive. I’ve returned this item and replaced it with the Bissell spin wave robot which I have used in the past. It doesn’t pick up everything but it does clean a lot better than the I robot M6.

It operates at a very slow speed to clean, to use it during night, the water gets emptied and someone has to be awake for refilling. Not very convenient.

Do not buy. Worked well for first 1 1/2 months, then got past return date and started having problems. It can't wheel its way out of the charging cradle 95% of the time, it's stuck and just spins tires. So no need to have any set schedules or start it remotely because you have to manually lift it out of cradle to start. Would not recommend.

This mop has bever charged properly since i have purchased it. I am always having to do something to it to get it to charge. Last several days it would not charge at all and when I picked it up today, one of the silver charging contacts fell right off. It was all rusty and corroded looking and crumbling.

It will not transitions to carpet to get to another room no matter what I do.

I am having problems with this item, it is not spraying liquid from the nozzle for two weeks now.

Mop works good on hardwood floor. Unfortunately, the mop died after the warranty period. When we contacted Roombha, they asked me to replace the battery, which I did, but it did not help. So basically it died after one year.

Need the vacuum too! My issue - couldn't afford the one with vacuum too!

Technology is not there yet for this system. Concept is great, but practicality will disappoint you, especially considering it’s price.

Expensive paper weight. Quit spraying right after 12 month mark. Company says “out of warranty, you’ll have to buy a new one”. No thanks. Stay away from iRobot products. This is my 1st iRobot product and I’ll never buy another one. Poor quality and customer service. My Neato’s (4 of them) are still running strong.

It didn’t work very cheaply made. 1 st one the lid would not latch, so I returned it the 2nd the charger wouldn’t work. I returned that one also, said no more. Wasted to much of my time standing in line.

It's a $400 robot that pushes around a swiffer pad.

Keeps getting error docking issue notices, clean and reset so many times, then you have to click this special beta button you have to look up online the don’t mention to jump the slightest threshold don’t even climg higher thresholds like the roomba. I definitely do not recommend paying this amount of money for this model of mop. Don’t have this problem with the roomba vac.

I'd like to preface this review by saying that I was somewhat skeptical with this product because let's just say I don't think nothing is as good as a good ole' fashioned mop when cleaning hard floor surfaces. While I still believe that to be true, the M6 is the next best thing when you may want a quick/light mop or sweep. The initial setting up of this item and connecting it to Wi-Fi is pretty simple and doesn't take much time at all, which is great as some of these products on the market now require a "pairing" time which can last up to an hour. It does require you to download the app, so that you may connect and control it. It also does include two cleaning pads each for mopping or sweeping, and a small bottle of mop cleaning solution good enough for two runs in your "average" home. I have wooden floors and some tile, which this thing has no problem maneuvering through. So, the cleaning job itself is pretty good for a "robomop." As a bonus, the mop is not that loud at all, which is nice. As far as the first few runs, this is where I feel some improvements could be made. I have used other products like this (robo-vacuums) and I wish during the first few runs, they would fully map out their potential cleaning areas, or there was a way to ask/set it to continue mapping. Think of it as an "explore mode." It does take a few runs, though, for the M6 to map out it's environment, so I'm hoping that improves. Also, while the M6 is able to exit it's base and clean for a while, for some reason it has trouble returning to it's base after it has cleaned without it actually being stuck or caught on anything. I'm not sure why, yet, but maybe this'll improve in updates in the future, if there are any. With that said, I would also like to add that the M6 does do a pretty great job of watching where it's going and going around items (chairs, tables, computer desk). In closing, I will say that this is a pretty cool, and good attempt at a robot mop. I will definitely continue to use this item in my home as it's a welcome addition to assist with keeping the home clean. Definitely satisfied with this product.

Leave several wheel streaks through out the floors. Not worth the money.

Awful. I really love my Roomba i7+, but this braava is sooooooo unreliable. Constantly stuck, constantly complaining the tank level is low when it's now, constantly unable to clear its docking station... I was prepared for more maintenance since you have to refill and change pads. But I wasn't ready for the constant breaking. Negative stars.
