Works great, liquid is light and doesn’t stain my new acrylic flooring.

Love the mop robot. Does an excellent job and so quiet

I like my bot I named her Cinderella she good but sometimes fussy and isn't always leaving the docking station and it says she gets stuck. There is not enough traction on the wheels on the docking station if they get wet from them up I have to modify the station to make her work with some velcro command strips to add trackion it need to leave and the imprint link doesn't always work with my i7 just errors out but I do like it overall

Ah at first it was a bit strange, once you understand how it operates you will love this lil guy. makes 2 passes for ever inch in a 50/50 pattern. allowing soak time on the floor for half of its foot print. the factory solution is not that amazing. i use other brands, oil based floor cleaners are great... but not when it wants to undock, the wheels spin.

This product did not work for me. It left streaks and dirt. It does not apply pressure while cleaning like you would if you were manually scrubbing your floors. I never felt like my floors were clean and they certainly didn’t look like it. Every time I went behind it, to clean up the streaks, my Swiffer wet pads would be dirty. I returned it and bought a Bissell SpinWave. I love it with the Bissell Hardwood Sanitizer solution!!!

Have to keep relearning the unit never maps correctly I’ll never but this brand again when it does clean it’s average . We dont even use it anymore it sits. We do it all by hand

Cons: Compare to S9 vacuum, this product doesn't go around floors with different levels, for example if you have a hardwood floor which is nailed to tile floor, software is not that matured especially the training, it takes very long to train and if something happen in between, training will start again, there is a spray adjustment but only able to control two settings so for hardwood floors I think the mop is spraying too much Pros: Cleans the floor slowly
