For a hot minute this bot was used. It had a defective nozzle system. The Geek Squad tried to fix it but they couldn't get parts. We received a refund (Prorated) because we are Total Tech Members. So, I can't really fairly rate a product that I couldn't get to work.

No longer need to mop the floor as Braava does the job for me.

I first bought the 200 model and was underwhelmed. This is everything I was hoping for! I love the ability to send it to only certain rooms and/or zones. I also love how it works in conjunction with my Roomba J7 with a single command. Plus, the ability to use voice commands through my Google minis.

Excellent robotic mop that does its job efficiently

Having benefited from the opinions of other reviewers along the way, as an iRobot customer of over 15 years I felt obligated to share my more recent experiences with this company. To complement an existing Roomba we decided to purchase a mopping robot, a Braava jet m6, for the specific purpose of the "Mop after" feature iRobot advertises. Upon that command, although the mop is supposed to be able to follow after the vacuum without a separate programming run, in our case it would not work. Despite submitting what we believe was a timely support request, after months of interacting with various support personnel where at each stage the recommended steps did not resolve the issue, iRobot ultimately declared that the unit had now fallen out of warranty. Tellingly, one of the technicians I had talked to said the mop-after feature "works MOST of the time." Meanwhile, the mop has difficulty crossing over nearly flat thresholds (e.g., tile to LVP) when run manually. The flagship vacuum performs somewhat better, although the software remains clunky and often poorly responsive. Previously an innovator seemingly committed to customer satisfaction, iRobot is now a brand to avoid in my opinion.

It is easy to use and very convenient. Mopping quality is good.

I bought this along with my J7. To be honest the J7 picked up most of everything. The mop did a great job dry sweeping but running it after the J7 there was hardly anything to pick up. The wet mop was a plus.

BUYER BEWARE. The bravva jet M6 does a great job at cleaning and is a fabulous little robot. The main issue I have with it is for no reason whatsoever the robot will randomly make noise every 15 seconds starting in the wee hours off the night until it wakes you. You will then try everything to shut the loud obnoxious noise off, including a complete factory reset. Only to have to take the thing into the garage as no matter what the noise just continues. You will still hear it all night it the garage and will resort to writing a review online as it had now destroyed multiple nights of your sleep and causes you to wake up with stress and anxiety due to this awful noise. Have multiple videos that I would love to display. But only pictures seem to be allowed. Call irobot customer care only to find hours of operation are d am to 9pm esstern standard time. Well thanks for the support while your robots creating countless sleepless night for me literally! I will be returning it tomorrow as this is the 4 time now in 2 months this has occurred.
