Everything is good except having to move it from room to room.

The robot takes a few runs to get the mapping correct. At first the mop was no where near where it was supposed to be mopping. As time progressed it mops well. One thing you will need is to order extra cleaning pads and solution. It comes with two solutions, one for laminate/wood flooring and the other for tile. One thing I cant figure out is mopping in a room that has carpet in the way. Worth getting..

I've owned this for two years now. It's honestly the dumbest smart device I've ever observed. It mops room edges more than the center traffic areas. But the dumbest thing is it starts at the base and then it has to drive back across the clean floor dragging the dirty mop pad to return to the base when it is done. Really? Who hired the design team? Also, will get stuck at the same office chair every night. Never learns to avoid the object or how to not jam it's self under the wheels. Save your money. Just poor product execution of a good concept. With a firmware overhaul this could be great.

With recently moving into a home with an entire floor of hardwood and tile, this has been a huge help keeping it maintained! It uses very little liquid to wet mop so the floor dries quickly. Does a great job of keeping the entry way clean of dog paw prints!

Great little guy that saves hours in general cleaning. Obviously can't clean the big stuff but great for houses with pets or general foot traffic areas. Just remember to swap out your clothes and refill regularly.

You have to set it up filling it’s tank with the solution but once you do, it does it’s thing. The mapping works great and I am thinking of going to upgrade the vacuum 900 series we have now. Wish it came with the reusable pads for a $500 mop it should’ve

Nice option to the J7+. This came as a bundle and BB had the best price. Roomba has the same unit in Black but it was not available from BB or any other retailer. Still, the bundle made it very appealing.

I decided to try this out in my home when I saw a bundle special going on with the Roomba S9+. Our home is mainly hardwood floor and tile, but there is a small carpeted section in the living room. That's where the frustration comes from. We don't have any thresholds, it's a flat transition from the carpet to hardwood. Unless we put up a barrier each time we use the Braava, it would end up going into the carpet area and getting stuck most of the time. The Braava uses the smart map our Roomba created, and even after placing keep out zones in the carpet area it would still attempt to go over the carpet and of course, get stuck. More frustration than it's worth. It also won't clean anything that well unless it's a fresh spill/mess, so it's useless for us. It couldn't even clean the drips around our dog's water bowl.

It’s the best product for mopping. I really like this.

Love what it can do, my only complaint is that the charging cord does make good contact and causes the brava not to charge while in the docking station. You have to mess with it until the light turns on. When I get it to work, it works great.

I have 3 dogs ans use this with the vaccum roomba. Its been such a blessing to have it scheduled clean the place.

Love having the floors cleaned while I am at work! Does a good job with daily mopping even with dogs.

So far, so good! It is keeping my wood-laminate nice and clean. My floors are light, so can't tell if there is any streaks, but it definitely dries quickly. Using the reusable wet pad and the iRobot floor solution.

Only but, it doesn´t work well if you have dividers on the floor
