Don’t you just love a product that does what it says it will do and does it well? My wife does! This thing saves her hours of work and does a great job cleaning all types of floors: ceramic tile, wood, vinyl.

Great mop but takes a very long time to clean. So If you are going to use it make sure your not home or are not going to be around. Also it doesn't work in low lighting it will crash into everything then fail.

I gave it 2 stars because it worked really well the first day. Since it literally cleans the sand spot over & over. I Can’t get it to work.

Its Ok little machine! Its pretty easy to set up with wifi sometimes it has a hard time connecting!

Having pet is not easy but with this kind of tools it's easy to handle the loving animal.

I was a little nervous about this purchase, but I got to say. This little mop is so smart. I love it. No issues so far. It does leave a little wheel marks, but nothing bad. A little pricey, but worth it.

Best purchase ever! I have wanted a robot mop for the longest time, and was worth the wait! You can change the intensity of the clean, as well as just setting it to sweep!

BEST PURCHASE EVER! I was hesitant to buy but now that I have I’m extremely happy. This is by far the smartest robot vacuum on the market. It covers every inch of our home flawlessly!

Love it! Beware that this does not substitute human effort, you are going to have to mop once or twice a month but this does a great job maintaining the house clean.

I get error the first time using reusable cleaning pad saying attach the pad then press Clean. i attached as described in the book with a sound of click. The single use cleaning pad works fine just error with reusable one.

I NEVER write reviews but I just love this little robot. I am not tech savvy at all and I was able to set "her" up very easily!! My little robot has cleaned all day and my floors look great. So impressed!!

Love this! The mapping feature makes it so perfect to use. Since we have carpet, it detects that and doesn’t mop it! This thing is so smart! It also comes with a dry sweeping feature!

Took a few attempts at training, but Squirt has been rock solid since. We have a few rugs around the house that he was getting hung up on during the training runs, but he finally got it.

It works best as a touch up kinda clean. Not a constant map. Misses big patches.

Does not do a good job at mapping or recognizing obstacles that the Roomba j7+ does. I plan on returning to Best Buy.

I love this unit i use it for small not so messy areas. It does its job.

This is a bad mop. It barely cleans as it lightly drifts along the floor, and it leaves streaks everywhere. Floors aren't very clean. In addition to not really cleaning very well, t's very loud while it's running. Really disappointed based on the good reviews. The app works really well, and you can map different areas of the home and tell it to clean specific areas. The pieces are there for an excellent product but the actual clean-up isn't that great.

It did not work quite right for us an ended up returning it. we have a big floor plan and it could not keep up
