I love the ease of use on this product. It works decently well and has a lot of features i enjoy. The only downside is how clunky and loud it can be ive had errors on this device of mop heads tangled and when i pick it up there is nothing there. Also the loud empyting of bag and mop head cleaning is a great feature if you have this in a room you won’t be in. I love the ease of spot cleaning my house until im ready to mop myself but ive had times when i program it to do my Bathroom and hallways and when i walk in my babthroom after the job is finished there is still dust and it has visibly not been mopped. All in all use this for cleaning your house until you need a deep cleanse great timesaver.

I recently upgraded to this unit, and I can’t say enough good things about it. I have two dogs, and this robot does an incredible job picking up all the small debris, pet hair, and dust that used to build up daily. The suction power is strong, the navigation is smart, and the mop function leaves the floors spotless and streak-free. It’s made keeping my home clean so much easier—definitely worth the upgrade and highly recommended for pet owners!

I bought this as I’ve had a roomba i3 but wanted something that can mop, let me tell you this thing is perfect. Cleans and detects objects well with the Lidar, I was kind of unsure about the mopping but it did a phenomenal job and my floor is squeaky clean. I’m happy with this purchase and recommend it

I've owned this robot vacuum for about a month -- it provides a high quality clean and the robot itself is very well-made. With a baby constantly dropping food and a dog tracking dirt inside, it saves me a significant amount of cleaning time on a daily basis. As some reviewers have mentioned, it returns to the dock during a clean multiple times, but this doesn't bother me. I haven't noticed any issues with the object avoidance feature. I've had it navigate around items like floor mats that aren't part of the map. The app could use some enhancements - I'd love to see a cleaning history log and an easier map creation feature. Personally, once I stopped focusing on perfecting the maps, I started enjoying this vacuum a lot more. It's been a great addition to my daily routine.

Have not had it for long but so far happy with it. It mapped my basement well and does good sweeping and moping.

Love this Roomba, no more vacuuming and mopping my floors it does a great job. Easy to set up and program so I can schedule the whole house or a specific room.

Initially was not picking up loose dirt/crumbs on the hardwood floor. Started to disassemble to prepare to return and then realized that it was significantly clogged. After I manually removed debris blocking the system, I decided to give it another chance. Worked like a charm after that.

Was very surprised with how easy it was to set up and use. Cleaned all the baseboards and very minimal bumping into things and rubbing on thing like older models.

One of the best vacuum cleaners and mops, it cleans very well, and I've tried three different ones. The battery life is very good, and it includes artificial intelligence when cleaning each room.

Absolutely awesome and works well for dual floor and carpet areas. The cleaning liquid is expensive and something I wish I researched better, but it does a great job with plain water.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for myself. I haven’t used it yet. But all the instructions on how to program it is very easy for me to understand. I am looking forward to using it.

The iRobot Roomba 405 is a good all in one vacuum and mop. The mopping function does not stop automatically on carpet and the Lidar sensor stops the vacuum from going under certain items such as hutches/buffet tables, not because it sense them but because it hits them. Overall it is a good vacuum, does a nice job mopping when selecting deep clean mode.

Doing a good job so far. Still testing it though. Be prepared for a little wet floor.

PRO’s The two levels of cleaning are great wet mop and Dry vacuum. Are a great aspect. For multiple room set up. Carpet and hardwood. Carpeted room it works great. And hardwood flooring. Self cleaning aspect is a great feature as well. CON’s Set up and program is low on the list as it takes time for the vacuum to plan out the rooms. The Battery life for operation is short lived. As it constantly heads back to the docking station to charge. If one has throw rugs within one home .Not a great idea as it will stop the machine and it will try to head back home. I had to reset the vacuum a few times to finally get it to calculate my home design. All in all for a home that has very minimal items in it. This vacuum is best for you for someone with many kids or pets with toys scattered I will stay away.

We had a difficult time installing the software and programming it. This is not our first Roomba, so we were surprised how difficult it was. Once the set up was completed and it mapped the home. It is working excellently. The app works well and we are able to instruct it to go to certain areas of the home. We have two Jack Russell’s so it is used multiple times each day. The self navigation and the newer models seems to be even better than the older ones.

Easy to use, really cleans well. Minimal maintenance.

I immediately named her Rosie straight out of the box and knew we would be best friends. I love how easy the app is to use when mapping out rooms and checking the wear and tear of parts. She can deep clean my large home for 6 hours and still have battery left.

This is an excellent machine. It works great and does it all for you. Mops and brooms and even cleans it’s mops erotically so it doesn’t use a dirty mop.
