I live this thing. Learns as it goes, and emptied when done. The first mapping and vacuum takes the longest, then it gets shorter from there. Excellent

Still works great after 2 and half years. I would purchase again.

Is amazing, super easy to use and program, and just forget about it, it runs every day while we are at work and have its job done whe we arrived home super easy on pets and kids mess , not regrets

We do like our Roomba. It does a good job and we love the self emptying feature. It does get stuck occasionally under furniture but doesn't take away from our overall satisfaction.

This is my second robot vacuum and the FIRST one that actually works. I previously purchased the Shark and it was infuriating - it refused to stay connected to our WiFi so it never ran right. All the troubleshooting online just stated it was a problem with the machines WiFi connection and there was no fix. I finally got fed up and threw it away. I got this Roomba during Black Friday and it has never caused any issue! It just cleans every single day, exactly as it should. Zero errors, zero headaches. I’m hoping to get one for our second story now.

Doesn't sound like it has much/if any suction and does not increase when on carpet. It has emptied twice and doesn't feel like anything in the bag. VERY finicky about how much room around the base. Won't dock unless there is 4 feet of CLEAR space straight out from base. Incredibly noisy regarding rollers and turning. Not a fan. Probably going to return. Will try it a few more times.

With a Labrador that sheds, this helps to manage all of the fur. And I don’t have to dump the roomba every day. It does it for itself unlike the older models

I've been running this vacuum for over six months, and I love it! It memorized my floor plan after just three mapping runs, and since then it has taken some minor changes in my layout in stride. Setup was extremely easy, and the app is very easy to use, though it sometimes is unresponsive. The vacuum is far more thorough than I ever was, and my floors are pretty much constantly clean. I do wish it was a bit more power-efficient, since most of the time it will have to pause to recharge with only about 5% of my floor plan left to vacuum. Other than that, it's been a great utility that I can confidently leave running while I'm out of the house.

Works great. Mapping the house is pretty cool. It keeps updating the map and gets to know the house better every time and improve its movement.

We love it. It was completely worth the money. Yes it is louder than some models I've seen but it works REALLY WELL. We have 3 dogs that shed and a cat and I come home to a clean floor. This makes for a happy person.

Love the fact that I can tell it what room to clean based on the map or schedule it. I have mapped out 3 floors. When I have guests coming I can focus on cooking and let the i7 do the cleaning. Definitely worth purchasing this one with the garbage disposal as it self empties the debris, no more dealing with dust all over your bin or hands. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 as: I wish the suction was a bit stronger as it misses some debris. Once in a while it gets lost as it ends up outside the boundary for one room to the next. Wish the battery life was a bit longer.

Have only used it once so far, but am impressed with how well it picks up dog hair. It is a little loud, especially when it empties in the bin.

This is a really good, amazing a, and time saver product, very easy to set up, awesome deal and on point for the use. The vacuum is not very noise when cleaning and it really does a goooodd cleaning cycle, only noisy when emptying the dirt to the bag. I suggest to get some part as a back up since the model is already retired, other than than a really good choice for cleaning your house a save time.

I've had the i7 version of the Roomba for over a month now and this is what we think: * It is a capable device for regular cleaning, but don't expect to sell your Dyson. We still do a "deep vacuum" every week or two. * It is equally good on hardwood and carpet; * It can get to places that are very hard to vacuum, such as under the bed and under the TV stand. It's really diligent about getting around obstacles, table legs, etc. Power cords, etc., don't seem to bother it, unlike the big vacuum. * If it didn't have the automatic emptying feature we'd have returned it by now. In our 3-cat, 2-dog house it gets about 4 full bins per use. If we had to stop and empty those bins manually it'd be more trouble than it's worth; * It is not fast. It takes about 5 hours to do our 1400 sq ft. house, including 2 recharges. Our house is very cluttered with tables and chairs and stuff, so the Roomba spends a lot of time bouncing around. Open spaces are worked much more quickly, so a bigger house wouldn't necessarily take proportionally more time. And anyway, you can just ignore it while it runs, so time isn't a really big deal. * We've cleaned it and changed the bag, no big deal. All in all we're happy with our first robot, makes it easy to keep the floors nice and it's a fascinating gadget.

Reviewing after 1 year if use. Works A LOT better than lower end roombas and knock off brands that friends have. The app and ability to learn and map rooms are the selling point. The automatical disposing base is great too. Works good on hard surfaces and ok on carpets (use another vacuum every so often on our rugs). ***Make sure you clean it regularly. The rollers tend to get hair stuck at the ends. Hair also builds up in the front wheel and spinning brush.

So good! I have had no issues with this and I have four dogs. The app is user friendly and the vacuum really gets into places.

Great vacuum. Very easy to set up with the iRobot app. Cleans well after mapping. Easy to change out the bags. I prefer this to having to empty the actual vacuum every time.

I've sent it cleaning three times now. It does a really good job! I love how I can use the app to either send it cleaning or see why it stopped. For example, I came home one day to find it stopped in the middle of the room. When I checked the app, it said the pads needed to be cleaned. When I turned it over, I found a sock stuck in the rollers. As soon as I got it out it took off cleaning again!! I really like how it shuts itself off if it encounters a problem it gets stuck!!

Great product, especially if you have pets. Only downside is it is loud. Recommend running while you are not home.
