Love this vacuum, it was super easy to set up and run, I find that it works much better on the hardwood than on carpet. We use it every other day and it keeps the dog hair picked up

My wife asked for a “roomba” for Christmas. I generally try not to buy household things as presents, but this was her only request. I read some reviews and settled on this unit. My wife is really happy with it. It cleans hardwood, carpet ,vinyl and tile. We have several thick area rugs, and we have not had any hang-ups. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the unit works. She controls it with her phone. We have a big hairy dog. He sheds a lot. This has really helped. It runs everyday. We now only have to actually clean maybe once a week compared to everyday. I would definitely purchase this again.

Super easy to setup and it does a good job at mapping the household. Did not have it snag up anywhere so far. It is quite loud when it dispenses into the main hub but only lasts a few seconds

This one has better navigation skills and doesnt get stuck. Its far superior to the I3. It definitely cleans better as well.

Great vacuum for maintaining the cleanliness of floors. Additional tweaking is needed to set up boundaries to prevent getting stuck.

Great product, especially if you have pets. Only downside is it is loud. Recommend running while you are not home.

The Roomba i7+ is so much better then the Samsung robot vac. which stopped working after 2 years on a code error. 1. Roomba's app is so much better, so easy to use, including helpful instructions for regular home maintenance. 2. Make sure you put in training mode 1st. It took a day, but it truly mapped the house and the easy app. let me ID room borders, then name rooms. Now, I have a morning schedule for a set of rooms used often on a daily basis. An every other day afternoon for lesser used room and a Saturday sweep of rooms not included. It works perfectly....yes it took some adjusting the borders. But, very happy. 3. It does not get caught n the 15 things the Samsung did. So much more clever. It gets stuck under one chair. 4. The App lets you know it needs your help. And hitting "LOCATE" she has a ring tone to find. 5. It empties itself and recharges and tells you when the larger dust bin needs to be replaced, or I empty it by picking out dog hair. 6. Unlike Samsung it can find its way home from any room. Seems to know the quickest path...doesn't bump around. 7. Dog hair is gone. Every day our dog sheds a lot, but no problem. 8. Has no problem, unlike the D-shaped Samsung, in getting onto 1/2" rugs to tile and back again. 9. Genius dirt finder, and fascinating to watch it back up and redo an area, and then tell you in the app what it does, how many sq. ft. how long it took. 10. It appears the battery strength to power needed to return to base is more intelligent than Samsung as it ages. After a year the Samsung died before getting back home, likely not knowing the distance. The smart mapping likely does that. We'll see. 11. My wife has Parkinson's and can't push a vacuum. I recently underwent leg surgery and could help. No worries. Roomba i7+ does it all. 12. Alexa or Google Home voice control work the first time. No need to get each word right. However, I use the app and rely on the schedule for ease. I never scheduled the Samsung. No, now worries. 13. Who cares that when it empties the robot vacuum into the stand it is loud. It is doing what it claims it is supposed to do. 14. I love that you learn, through the app how to take things apart to clean or unclog. (only one time when I left a phone charger cord on floor. I just hope this good stuff lasts.

The iRobot was easy to set up, it has made our life so much easier. Don’t need to come home to clean dog hair.

iRobot Roomba i7+ does its job, and does it well. And just when I think it won't get out of some small spaces its gotten itself into (like under my piano and stool, and/or small end table) it does! Which at times can be amusing watching it maneuver itself out of its jams. Lol! Again, it cleans the dust and everything else off my hardwood floors. And has already learned mapped my home well. I just schedule it to clean, and it goes to work when its suppose to. What more can you ask for. And yes, you still have to clean/swiffer where the Roomba can't get to. But it's sure a good head start on your house floor cleaning/dusting! Onward Tobor!

I've been running this long enough for a decent review. I replaced a neato vac with this. It doesn't have as strong as a vacuum pickup as the neato, but it does run quiter and the corner brush allows it to clean closer to obstacles. Also having the base to self empty is a game changer. We have two long haired dogs and it fills quick as did the old vac, so not having to empty myself during cleaning is a big help.

The iRobot - Roomba i7 works great I have been running it almost every day and it has picked up the dog hair so much that now it does not leave the hair balls all over the place. I have now set it up to schedule it when ever I want and the mapping is great because I was able to label all the rooms. When it is vacuuming it will tell me which room it is in by the app. The ai which impressed me the most is incredible because it vacuumed behind the door and then it actually opened the door to exit the room. It bumped the door open . Wow.

This iRobot is amazing! Easy to set up, easy to use. Works off your home WiFi. Best to map your home so you can clean only the rooms that need it. You can schedule a day and time to clean. Knows how to dock itself to the self charger. Love the self Vaccumn bag for easy empty when full. I would give 5 stars but the first one I received was defective and I spent weeks Speaking to several agents before getting a replacement. Too much hassle. But replacement received and so far so good. I just hope I do not run into further problems with any defects.

Works but frequently runs out of power and can’t get back to charging station. Also frequently does not set correctly on charger and does not charge. It does clean lots of dog hair and goes over shag carpet as well as floors. Needs to be cleaned nearly every week and filters and brushes need to be replaced frequently. Seems to go over the same areas over and over.

We bought it during Black Friday deal and had it for a month now. It was easy to set up the app and map the rooms. It is easy to operate from the app or by pressing the buttons on the roomba. We do not have it on a schedule and manually run it when needed. You can set it up to vacuum specific areas of the room, which is nice. It is relatively quiet. Overall, happy with the purchase so far.

Very good and efficient this cleaning robot. Helped me a lot with cleaning tasks around the house. Your scheduled task is the differentiator from others.

It works well for our home we will be buying a 2nd for the lower level. We are 4000sq ft per floor and this one handles it all just fine because of the scheduling and that it maps out your home. So not only does this thing clean itself out for you. But it will tell you exactly where it got stuck. It never gets stuck on the average day but tonight my wife left her clothes on floor in closet lolol. It had her underwear wrapped around and spun about 300 times on the outer brush. Was pretty funny. But the cool thing was it showed me on the map exactly where it was stuck. And i mean exactly. For a big home and for it to map out its path so perfectly. I am truly impressed. I was very skeptical about spending $1000+ after taxes on a vacuum bot as we usually just use our central vac system and our old Neato when it doesnt get stuck or just die for no reason. But this thing has been running in our home for 3 weeks now and the only places i vacuum by hand anymore, are the spots i donot let the robot go because of animals.. So big props to you Roomba, you built a pretty solid product. Thankyou for making our lives easier. We named her Rosie lol

didn't like sweeping up cat hairs every other day so this was a game changer. i come home to a clean hairless floor

I really liked how it mapped out my house and how it cleans. However, it seems like it gets lost sometimes. I have a 1000 sq ft apartment and i have it clean the kitchen twice, and it finishes the job but on its last legs batterywise by the end. If youhave a big house, it might need to be broken into two different runs after a recharge or plan to get two of them.
