It vacs and goes back to the base but there is always a "Base Seal Error". I have been working with Roomba and they are supposed to be sending me a new base but it has not arrived yet. I hope the new base works so I can actually use the vac.

It almost never makes it back to home base, does not clean well, and dumbly bumps into anything any everything. I could not recommend this product any less.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After setting up my J9+ on a schedule I thought it would run on the days I specified, the dirt detective feature won't let it run on a scheduled day if it thinks the floor is clean. You cannot turn off this feature, my dog sheds like crazy and I want the vacuum to run everyday but it thinks the floor is clean. I can't understand why this feature cannot be turned off, I have to go to the app and start it manually which defeats the purpose of having an automatic robot vacuum.
