We have 4 dogs and 3 cats, so you can imagine how much hair/fur we accumulate! This guy can pick it all up and go unload and start over with ease. I like the hands off approach to cleaning, and this helps immensely. The little side bristle action helps get to the areas closest to the walls, where traditional vacuums fail to reach. I especially like that it auto empties when it docks. That's huge, considering how much our household sheds. It is a little loud for my taste (even on the quietest setting), and only one time have I witnessed where it had an issue docking after it was sent home (possibly from running so long and not having enough power left to get that slight angle up to dock itself). All in all, for my first Roomba, I'm impressed. Granted I have only had it for a few months, I love it so far!

I had one of the original Roombas that finally died. So I upgraded to the s9+ model and what a difference! It not only cleans better, but I love the self emptying function. Very happy with it.

We love our Romba!!!! Its so easy to use and it does an amazing job. Our tile and carpet look and feel so clean. I would recommend this to everyone!!!

The vacuum works good. It was a replacement for an i7 that was worn out. I think the i7 worked just as good. For the price difference, should have just got another 7. The suction on this is much stronger but now i cant vacuum the rugs because it sucks them up

So far so good. This is our second Roomba as the first had an issue. But Best Buy's Total Tech covered it. Works well on hardwood, stone and carpet. Nice features to set a schedule to run on it's own.

For $1300 vacuum (after taxes) i expected more, alot more! This vacuum CONSTANTLY runs over small cords and gets stuck and the battery dies, it gets stuck in corners all the time, it lodges it self under tables with chairs and gets stuck and always runs out of battery. If i could return it i would, absolute 100% WASTE of money, maybe, just maybe worth about $199 if that, not $1300. Buyer beware! We use this on the bottom floor of our house and 98% is hardwood floors! Ridiculous!

Of all the iRobot models this Roomba s9+ is well worth the extra bucks. It has the best suction power and with auto dirt disposal I don't even tink about vacumning my floors ever.

This thing is such a good cleaner, and he is a little tank! We have never owned a Roomba before so I don't have anything to compare our experience to but we are very impressed. We bought him because we have a family of three with two dogs and a cat. We also have another dog and two more people about to move in. We decided we needed help with the cleaning of the house. Our expectations were met. The map he generated was very accurate. I had read reviews where people were having trouble, but we had no issues at all and it gets better after each run he does. His hard floor to carpet detection is spot on and he has only got stuck once. He never got stuck again in that spot. By the end of the first day he was trained with his map and I had a schedule set for him. He sweeps the high traffic areas three times a week, the litter box area two times a day, and the rooms were don't use as much once a week. He starts at seven in the morning and doesn't miss one inch. He even gets in tiny areas where I didn't think he would fit. And yes, I spent time following him around at first to make sure he wasn't missing areas. I had also read that was a problem people were having. The amount of dog hair he picks up is amazing! We vacuumed two times a week with our cordless Dyson so I thought our carpets were clean. Our little Roomba showed us how dirty they really were. My only criticism so far is the little corner brush is useless on carpet. I am pretty sure we are going to go through those pretty quickly. We have been so impressed with our little guy we bought the M6 Jet mop as well. Today was the first day they talked to each other and it worked like a charm. He got done vacuuming and then she took off and started to mop. Highly recommend this Roomba to people who are looking to purchase one.

3rd roomba I've owned. Cleans well with extra power but with that it is definitely louder. Less expensive one runs just as good.

I keep my house SPOTLESS. I set my rumba for times when we were asleep or away and every time we got back it was dead some where. Something as small as a thread would get caught and make it stuck. So it would just stay on and die where ever it was. When it cleaned it was good though. But it really is a pain in the butt how many times it stopped in the middle of cleaning. Returned it 15 days later.

Couldn’t live without my iRobot Roomba with 2 hairy dogs. iRobot Roomba is the originator of this type of robot vacuum and have worked out all the kinks except it’s lack of quietness. My only complaint is that I wish it wasn’t so loud while in use.

Works great and as expected. Only drawback is the battery doesn’t last long so the whole home clean is extended.it’s so very expensive to have a battery issue, not sure if the camera is worth the most expensive model, less expensive may do the trick.

It was a gift for my daughter. She has dogs that leave hair all over and her comment was "best present I ever had. I actually come home to clean floors and can walk around without shoes and socks."!

I'm so happy with Roomba. Cleans better than expected and what's even better is that I can sit back and watch it happen with just a push off a button or asking my Alexa to make it run.

Good Product by big issue with software, it always stop with message code 08 to empty storage bin. I always empty the bin before use and restarted many time too. I don’t know the reason but this product have serious issue with software. I recommend to call back this product from market and fix the issue and resell with some additional benefits, else this will be loss for Roomba.

Very pleased! It is very powerful. My German Shepherd sheds everywhere, especially during summer months and it keeps up, no problem. I like the flat front design.

I works well. Having a little trouble finding all the rooms. to be fair, I was away so I am going to start a new program and see how it goes. It really does pick up dust and dirt well.

Love that I can set this to vacuum my house & don't really have to think much of it after that. & it works well getting under things (that it fits under) & around things. The Roomba does go back to the base to empty itself out & charge, so that's nice. & after the first 5 vacuuming jobs of your house you can set it up to vacuum only specific rooms, if you so choose. There are a couple downfalls to this little vacuum. First, you have to pick things up off the ground. Of course, this has to be done with regular vacuuming too, but it can go right back down on the floor when a person is finished vacuuming. Before I start my Roomba I have to pick up my kitchen floor mats, bathroom mats, dog beds, cords, etc. Otherwise the Roomba gets caught in it & stops working. Also, sometimes when it does get caught on something the Roomba will quit the job without completing it.

Love the s9 roomba, love the app and mapping feature. Nice to be able to send it where needed and the automatic emptying.

The first one I purchased was defective out of the box. Due to the pandemic, I purchased a second for curbside pickup and mailed back the first instead of exchanging in store. I have 0 major complaints about this vacuum. I use this one upstairs exclusively and I love that it remembers where it left off when it needs to recharge. I just let it do it’s thing while I sleep and it’s made a huge difference. This gets into corners well, adjusts itself perfectly to fit around tight spaces, and the power is amazing. I like that you can adjust the suction intensity as well depending on the floor type or cleaning type. Highly recommend!
