The vacuum worked great but then it quit working. iRobot was very nice and are sending me a replacement. I would buy this again. With all the pets I have it has kept my floors looking clean!

Easy to use and set up! A lot louder than our shark was. However the shark wasn’t self emptying.

After having another brand of D-shaped robot vacuums (which wasn't as neat-o as advertised), this has been a great replacement. The app (which was the biggest downfall of the other brand) is great! Not having to empty the vacuum is great. I changed my wifi after buying/setting this up and it was a simple change. You truly get what you pay for with this vacuum.

Software up to date. Easy to star a cycle to clean a room. Very through. Very good sensors to detect Trash or other objects

I chose this vacuum for two reasons: the extra suction and the ability to run on 5G Wi-Fi. It was expensive but Worth it. I bought three. One for each floor. One room was not vacuumed when I set it to vacuum the entire floor but a quick call to customer service who told me to simple place it in the door way entrance and let it go resolved the issue. Now “Betty” vacuums for me everyday while I go about my other business! It’s oddly satisfying to hear all the dirt that was vacuumed get sucked into the bag. I love it!

Got it as a gift for mom, she loves it and it has been useful for cleaning.

Suction was great, able to clean up pet hair but it left parts of my home not vacuumed. Also, it was not the easiest to program but I got it to wear it wouldn't go over my heating vents. Even though I programmed it not to, it would still sometimes hit the heater vents. The point for return was it started to degrade the ends of our new rugs. Being an elite member made return zero hassle. Best Buy has great customer service and return policy.

Very convenient for simple jobs. Just a little prep to the areas and then you can send the Roomba to any specified area or to clean the whole house easily from the app or by using google assistant. I absolutely love the self emptying feature. It allows for the vacuum to get full, empty itself, and then proceed to pick up where it left off in its cleaning process without having to be monitored.

Bought this as a present for my wife (She actually asked for it, I would never have bought an appliance as a present) We use it at least twice a week. Having two dogs that shed, it makes life so much easier in not having to dry mop/sweep. It does make some loud noise, especially when it goes over the climate control vents on the floor, The vacuum noises are not bad. The fact it has auto empty; you never have to touch the dirt vacuumed up, just dispose of the bag when it tells you to. It was a bit on the expensive side, but over all worth it.

At this price this was clearly an investment. With a newborn and working from home around the clock, time is invaluable. I ran a few mapping runs with this and was able to easily map every room in the house. Now I can easily tell it to clean specific rooms and it goes back to the base when done. Vacuums just as well as my dyson and gets the edges of the room and hard to get spaces. My only complaint is the Alexa irobot does not work well and you must be careful and ensure wires for computer / tv aren’t reachable.

Great product for hair and is good at mapping only negative is that It is very loud so can’t do schedule cleaning while sleeping like I hoped

So far has been doing a great job: frees up my time by taking care of my floors while I'm at work. Anything that enables me to be lazy is a win in my book. Admittedly it's an easy job with no carpet, and make sure all cords are stowed out of reach as he's a hungry li'l bugger that lives eating cords. Has only been stuck twice, and I seem to have rectified those two issues. Expensive, but my time is valuable so as long as it lasts it will pay for itself.

I wish for the price of this, that it had sensors in front. When it going to the wall or something like a table. It run I to hard because it has the bumper in front. So it can't tell when something is in it way until it hits it. So this can damage your wall or furniture legs that are made out of wood. Also it can't stay out of room unless you have the beams. Like a garage door opener has. That is a extra cost. I do like that I don't have to empty the bin, because it had the self emptying bin.

Powerful, a bit noisy but I love the app and the custom maps. The ability to run when away is great when you have pets.

Love!... Ive brought 3 of these this being the latest one. I have the older version on second floor and this one on the main floor. I love the fact that you never have to touch the dirt or even see it... it all goes right into the little bin. Which the older model, you have to open it and you see the dust flying in the air when you dump it.. ew . Hate doing that still on the one upstairs but this one, just stays nice and clean. And looks very sleek .. i got a compliment believe it or not on my vacuum cleaner.

Great cleaner. Does need up keep but cleans awesome. May need to remap your house but cleans great.

My wife loves it, we have a wood floor home, with birds. It runs three times a week, and it’s the only vacuum we own.

I really wanted to like this but ended up returning it. It cleans better than I thought it would. Only issue is it would frequently have bin errors when the bin was fine.

Cleaned very well. I have an open home with 6 rooms on one floor and the vacuum moved very easily as the floors changed from tile to carpet to wood. After about 5 uses it required cleaning.

Well, we have had this for about 4 weeks now and have tried to get the mapping done. Cannot seem to get one room vacuumed fully before it gets stuck somewhere or battery running low. This vacuum does not have the ability to draw the mapping lines so it wont go under furniture and get stuck. The amount of dirt is picks up is not very good, after a month it barley has any dirt in the empty area. I use my regular vacuum and by the time I am done I have to empty the bin. This is an expensive machine that makes lines in the carpet and to have to hunt down to see where it got stuck.
