This thing is great. Seems to vacuum carpet and tile much better than our last robot. It is much quieter as well. Love the convenience of the self empty.

This is my 3rd roomba. This one is the best so far. Mapping is much better. Really like the dirt disposal also....

Wife loves it. Cleans when she leaves the house end always comes home to a clean vacuumed house. Prices in the maintenance parts tho but still a great product.

This Roomba is great when it is working, but frequently finds itself stuck under a couch or table. The suction power is great, the app and integrations are far better than any other robot vacuum and the self emptying bin has been flawless so far. However the navigation sensors are not perfect and about 25% of its sessions end up in it having to be pulled out from under the couch or table.

Amazing machine helps my retired wife eliminate an important daily chore. She is absolutely ecstatic. It is dependablea, thorough vacuumsthe entire house. And is programmed to do it exactly when my wife wants it to! It is stored in a spare room and when the battery gets low it goes back to the base and empties and recharges and then continues until the whole house is cleaned. This is a worthwhile investment.

It's ok. It's definitely not worth the price. Replacement parts are expensive (even for generic ones). Seems like the rollers break super quickly, even had one overheat and snap. Suction says 40x* but I don't see that. It seems to have no different suction than any other one on the market. It even misses a lot of fur on tile floor. Save your money, get the inexpensive model. It'll work just the same.

I was always nervous about spending so much money on a robot vacuum but I've wanted one for a long time. My husband finally bought one for me and even though I was surprised by the price, I am delighted with the vacuum. The quality is greater than I expected, and it is super easy to use! I LOVE it! I wish we had taken the leap earlier! We have 2 birds and 1 dog. The birds are the real mess makers and I can schedule the vacuum to just clean area around the birds cages, which I do almost daily. Love my Roomba!

The fact this Roomba not only does a great cleaning job but the automated dirt transfer to the station disposal of dirt a breeze.

At first it worked really good, but around 6 months after having it it kept giving me a bin error sometimes half way through cleaning a room even though the filters were changed a lot. The irobot filters are quite expensive too. I bought new rollers and bins and it still continues to give me bin errors many times.

The vac does a fairly good job cleaning hardwood floors. Area rugs get done well. I was disappointed with the mapping and that it seems to go over the same spots multiple times even though that area is clean. Mapping doesn't seem to update during subsequent runs as it keeps missing areas of a room that may have been blocked during the first run through. It is time-consuming to do training runs (no vac) but that seems to be the only way to update the map. Overall, convenience is great and I haven't had to go back and clean anything. At the MSRP the s7 is probably the better value, but if you can get this item under the MSRP, it is well worth it.

I think I had too many five legged chairs, electric cords along the walls that it would get hung up on. This was with it just maping out the room. It was like it was going wild not knowing where to go. I just called the couple that came to set up and ask them to pick it up. I didn't even use it because it was getting hung up when maping out the room. I am so sorry because I was so looking forward to having it. It is probably a good item, it just isn't for me......

I love so good to have in house you will not regret

Very nice. I am extremely pleased with this vacuum. It does a pretty good job with cleaning, one or two corners don’t get cleaned, but it fits nicely under almost all of my furniture and reached places that a traditional vacuum would not reach easily. One set up note, it is totally worth going into the app and running a few “training” runs before using it to clean. I will be buying. Second one for downstairs!

We have 2 pets and loose dog hair is a challenge to keep clean. Once this device learned our home (be patient with the process), we can now select rooms or areas to be cleaned and Roomba goes to work. May still need to clean under furniture that it can't get under but overall an excellent purchase for our needs.

The Roomba s9+ does an excellent job on hard floors and carpet. The automatic dirt disposal is worth every penny.

Good vacuum on bare floors and carpets initially, first time, excellent moving from bare floors to throw rugs. All subsequent sweeps the vacuum lifted up the throw rugs; and got hung up on several of them, also continued to get hung up on my bedskirts. Once, the vacuum would not turn off, no matter what I did; it ended up running for about 25 minutes in place. I could not get it to dock; to move, or to turn off! Waayyy too much trouble for the cost.

On sale for about $1000, but still skeptical about spending that much. After using it, well worth it. We have a couple of shedding dogs and floors require vacuuming daily. We have all hardware with a couple of rugs. It does a splendid job everywhere, pretty much picks up every hair. Very impressed with how it mapped out our rooms as well, very, very accurate. It may take a few runs, but once it provides a map, really good. Love the Automatic dirt disposal base "+". Had 800 series roomba before and it had some difficulty going over chairs, bumps and would miss hairs around those area and didn't do a good job on the rugs. This S9 rectifies all that. I don't have to clean up after roomba anymore, it picks it all up, even the corners and edges, don't have to pick up missed debris like the old roomba. Easy to use app to clean specific rooms, scheduling. I believe this thing uses cameras and the "cloud" so not sure how it'll do in the dark, but it does clean all without "cloud" access, so there is some offline logic/memory that lets it clean and update the "cloud" when it reconnects. Able to map multiple floors, also great. Need a transporter now to move it automatically between floors.

I like the roomba we purchased. Easy to use via app. Wish price would have been better though

Never knew what I missed until I got this Roomba. I had to learn how to program it to go where you want it to vacuum, but start with Mapping, or you will have to vacuum everywhere. It really is great once you label your rooms. I can’t tell you how much it helps me. It is expensive but once I saved up and bought it, I would do it all over again.
