Excellent cleaner for all types of floors. Easy to set up, technology is impressive, floors have never been cleaner

I have two roombas the S9+ and the I7+. The I7+ is incredible but there is no comparison when it comes to pure vacuum suction. The S9 is far superior in this category. We have a very large home and after three passes it had learned the entire map and now we are able to clean room by room from the well designed app. Once the barrier option is released for the S9+ it will be even better (already available for the I7). This is the best robot vacuum i have ever owned.

honestly I just wanted to be a little lazier with regard to house chores (I know...a lot of money for laziness). I figured I would let the robot surface clean and do a thorough clean once a week. the house hadn’t been vacuumed in far too long (gross I know). I let it clean while it leaned the house. I am beside myself with surprise. I don’t have to vacuum at all. the robot does it all. I recommend this product whole heartedly.

Worth it, keeping the dogs hair in check works like it’s supposed to.

Got this to replace an older Roomba. We have it cleaning in detail mode everyday and the first bag isn't even full yet (and we have two dogs shedding on a daily basis). Rugs have never been this clear of hair! App allows great customization of cleaning areas and scheduled cleaning. Also it does great with black areas of our rugs (older Roomba would incorrectly think it was reaching a pit). So it's very pricy, but works great.

I was very skeptical to spend $1,000 on a vacuum, but after just 2 days it was worth it. This thing is great, it empties the vacuum into the bin. You can almost best it to vacuum on certain days and never touch it again for a month or 2. It is loud, you can change to quite mode which is great when your home, but you lose power. I wish the bin were a little bigger and it had a little more power especially for thick rugs or carpet, but the size would have to increase is my guess. If the price were down by $200-$300 I would give this a 5.

I had a cleaning lady that I thought was doing a thorough job till the pandemic hit us and I cleaned myself. I noticed quite a bit of things they were half done once I started cleaning myself. Well since I won’t be using her any longer I figure I’d use this vacuum in between my deep cleaning. It is great. It gets in the corners and along baseboards pretty well. Is it 100%, no, but about 95% for sure. The only thing that I don’t like is how I have to dig in the bag to empty it. I have a large dog so there is a lot hair in there.

It’s ok-when it works it’s great! It just doesn’t always come on when it’s scheduled to come on

We have around 4,000 sq ft house, after 4 days in the training mode this Roomba became a great help keeping the house clean. We split the house over two days while we are at work and does a great job over tile and area rugs. A couple smaller rugs have to be rolled away. Support is also great when we were trying to figure out how to get it to train completely. Let the Roomba do all the training first before starting to clean.

Yes, this is pretty pricey, however very worth the money. I use this vacuum 7 days a week! It handles my Australian Shepherd's hair as well as the dander from my macaw. I love that I do not have to empty the bin before every use. Each bag last a long time, and the filters are of good quality and handle quite a bit. If your debating on if you should spend the extra money, I would do it! I am glad that I did.

Not that smart, miss most of the dirty, never goes back to the base to recharge, it get stuck all the time, it create a single new map everytime, the brushes are to fragile, less than one month already damaged, nothing too good to say about this one, not even counting about how expensive it is.

Our dear, Rosie The Robot (Jetsons?) is a life and time saver. We used to spend a lot of time vacuuming up after our yellow Lab. We have all hardwood floors which seems to make it easier for Rosie to suck up the dog hair. She does a fantastic job and goes to empty her bin all on her own as needed. She's very efficient!

I like the vacuum but it is taking a long time for it to map out the area to vacuum. Getting navigation issues. Hopefully this can be resolved.

Excellent product, defective rollers. Plan to spend some money on parts, but it does a great job of mapping and vacuuming.

Enjoying my roomba!! It gets better every use! Does well on all types of floors. Only down fall is the price.

I’ve owned my Roomba for just under a month and have to say it’s pretty impressive. The initial mapping took about 5 cleaning cycles although the mapping can be expedited in test/learn mode. The auto-empty is a great feature as well. Overall I’m very satisfied with the performance of the unit, in the 30 cleaning cycles to date, I’ve only had one issue with the unit getting stuck under the dining room table.
