I'd give it zero stars if I could. Within a year of weekly use you will have to write a negative review because the vac will no longer dock due to bald tires. To remedy this they want you to by two complete wheel assemblies at $70 a pair. If you write a bad review they will contact you and replace the wheel assemblies one time as they are acutely aware of the design flaw. But next time your gonna have to shell out the dollars when they wear out.

Horrible purchase. Never works correctly, reinstalled and reset many times. Complete waste of money.

Had a s7 that decided to break 1 day after the man warranty. Computer issue. Go figure. Got a s9 to replace it. It has some pros and cons to it. S9 cleans better, side brush is junk and fold and collapses easily, cannot climb onto medium area rugs and struggles with door jambs. S7 brushes last forever and it can climb pretty much anything on the floor. If I knew before what I know now I would have got another s7 for my situation. Flat surfaces with no rugs, can’t go wrong with the s9. Lot of rugs and raised door jambs, get a s7.

While I've heard that the Roombas are loud, it is not much louder than the Neato we had previously. What I really like is whenever there is any maintenance, etc. the notifications are very specific and easy to do.

What I like with this product is it cleans the corner well because of its shape and it clean faster than my old Roomba. The downside of self emptying is you forget to clean then for hairs.

This is the hands off sweeping solution I've been looking for. My only negatives are that it is more likely to catch the corners inside of chair legs than the round version was and the color scheme doesn't match my home.

It is a pleasure to have such clean shiny floors all the time. Floors require constant cleaning and the Roomba s9 does a fantastic job. If you want clean floors you will like this device.

have had robots that do not have mapping and this one is great, plus the bag keeps dirt without it being dispersed back into room

Once it is set up and the app is downloaded it is as easy to use as pressing a button!!! Nice design and cleans surfaces very well. It gets things out of the carpet that I never knew were there!

I liked the concept of the self-draining bin. I've had a different brand of robot vacuum in the past. I felt the Roomba s9 is not as efficient in cleaner as my previous vacuum robot. 1) The mapping functionality is not great. I had run the robot for about the 5th time and the map was still not ready. I had to delete the map and start again, move the robot home to a different location and do a mapping run with the lights on for the map to complete properly by the 2nd or 3rd run. 2) The cleaning process was not as efficient as I find it goes over the same spot multiple times. 3) I have tiled floors and find that the robot on maximum power doesn't suck the loose dirt between the grout lines.

This product is an excellent helping hand around my home with 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Extremely pleased with product in all regards.

I run the robot 3 times a day. Each time giving its best performance. I dont have to sweep the house and i love that. Buy it….. you wont regret spending the money.

This is my 3rd Roomba and this one is great. Does a great job cleaning and not having to dump the dust bin every other day takes something that is already convenient to the next level.

Absolutw garbage took forever to learn to my house and still gets stuck on the same things over and over, even rhough they are marked as keep out zones. Then it stopped working after 2 months hardly what i expected when i shelled out a thousand bucks for it. I would have known i would have keptl looking at other brands instead of roomba, never again!

This is my 2nd iRobot vacuum and love them. Now we have one upstairs and downstairs. Helps especially when you have kiddos!!!

Best vacuum we ever had. Mapped out house just fine not had any problems. We have wood floors with area rugs and tile bath no problem going from floor to floor. Simple app to see what is going on.

I love this vacuum! It took a while to nap our house - like three or four runs, but once that was done, it’s been running great!

I had an older Roomba and this is great. After running a few times to learn the layout of your home, the features to vacuum any room is awesome. A must buy.

Love it!! It has made such a difference for us. We have two dogs and it does not have trouble picking up their hair. Pay attention to the filter and your situation, they say it typically lasts 2 months (some people say longer) but mine only lasts a month. It’s understandable with the dog hair and being out in the country, a lot gets drug in, but it took me a bit to figure out why it suddenly didn’t seem to be picking up as well. Changed the filter and problem solved immediately. Takes some patience to get it set up and your rooms mapped but once that’s done, it’s a breeze. Highly recommend!

Haven't had much luck with Roombas in the past but wanted to give the most expensive one a try. The things I really liked about the S9 was the mapping and self-emptying features. However, after a couple weeks of it working okay it began to never make it back to its base to charge. Then it started having issues charging even when I would place it on the base. When it would charge, I would have issues connecting it with my app so I returned it.
